"On 19.07 we went to Schiller to have a glass of champagne and the service was absolutely unstoppable. First we ordered 2 glasses of rose champagne, but instead we got 1 glass of rose wine, in a dirty glass. It took a while to forget the attention of the servant who asked him to bring us what we ordered, and we had to convince the servant who proudly announced that he was from Slovakia that we ordered 2 glasses of rosesect and not a glass of rose wine. When we finally got our drinks, I noticed I had a crack on my glass. He asked for the attention of the service again, he gave us a sign that he will soon be with us. After 10 minutes he finally approached us and we kindly asked him to swap the glass of champagne, which was obviously quite warm at the time. Our service gave us a sign that he will soon be with us, it took another 15 minutes. But on the way to us another table, just before ours gave him a sign to pay the bill where he went immediately to settle it. When he came to our table, he said that the battery has expired on his payment machine. He went away for another 10 minutes, came back, then he had some other problems with open account for the wrong order of the rose wine. Went away, came back and finally the bill could be paid. He answered my complaint very rudely. Next time paying the bill, earlier I mean his incredible, we had to wait to pay the bill for half an hour, we were late for our restaurant. I've been there for many years and my friends, but after this visit neither I nor my friends ever come back. Also the waiters' outfit looked pretty sloppy on him and not neat."

"There may be other specialized (kebap, Asian) cheap places in the city to eat, but none of them offers such a complete, hearty meal at such an exceptional price! Epi Park is part rehab clinic, conference center, school and of course the Epi Park cafeteria...and can be accessed with public transit Bus 77 from Hegibachplatz. There are animals (horses, goats and fowl) at the complex, which would keep the kids amused. Ok, back to the cafeteria. My first visit and every visit since then to Epi Park cafeteria has been impressive. I have had lunch there at least once every week. The place is spotless, there is always plenty of staff around to assist or explain inquiries or even if you look confused. The cafeteria is open all day for fruit, snacks and hot/cold beverages, but the exceptional deal here are the daily lunch menu selections. Each day there is a soup, salad, sandwiches available and the meals consists of four options: Pasta 13CHF, Vegetarian 13.50CHF, Classic 15.50CHF and Meditterean 16.50CHF. All selections come with a choice of soup or salad and on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday the meal also includes dessert. The is also a free self-service water station with glasses, jars and lemon wedges. I would suggest arriving at opening (11.30am) as the place is really packed by 12noon. The dining area is huge. There are various sections inside some without a view, but most with a view of the lake. There are two seating areas under the glass awning and a large outside terrace with a stunning view over Lake Zurich. I have nothing but great comments to say about the entire staff, food, atmosphere and all for a great price! Highly, highly recommended."

"Stay away if you have any food restrictions!! When we booked the table, we informed that I needed gluten-free food because I have celiac disease. Arrived, I communicated the fact very clearly to the gluten-free options. The waiter elencate her in Swiss German when I already asked if he could speak English without showing her on the menu. Finally we order, I double check with the waiter 2 times that my order is gluten-free and it confirms. I get my first course, a tartar, without bread, because even if they knew someone with celiac disease, this night did not even come 1 piece of GF bread. But whatever. The second course comes, I ordered the lamb, really pretty. I started eating and realized that the cover tasted delicious. Before I take another bite, I ask the waiter whether it was really gluten-free. He confirms. But I see that he's running into the kitchen, which disturbs me because I already had a full bite of my meal. He comes back, not even in a hurry and tells me that my meal has gluten, not only the bread on the top, but also the meat was prepared with gluten ingredients! At this point I panic, knowing that 1 whole bite of bread formation would cause me 2 weeks of rash, pain, cramps, etc. plus the immunological consequences that come with the triggering of an autoimmune disease. Because yes, Zöliakie is an autoimmune disease and the restaurant solved my disease by feeding me gluten! It's not a joke and I would expect people to work in hospitality, how dangerous it can be. If I were allergic to fish and the guy would confirm it wasn't fish sauce in my meal??? Anyway, they offered me another record in exchange, but at this point I knew I had a maximum of 20 minutes before I felt sick, so I refused the offer. I waited for my friends to finish their meal (it is sad because the quality of food is good. Even if the white wine was served without something to keep it cool, but whatever) and we asked for the bill. After they poisoned me, they told me I didn't have to pay the meal I couldn't eat. Thank you for not coming to GET POISONED when I told you in advance and checked twice and three times in the restaurant. In 6 people, we paid almost 500 CHF to poison a person. Great. If you have allergies or celiac disease, stay away from there before they try to kill someone else."
