"C'est un super restaurant. Il est spécialisé dans la cuisine grecque. Ils ont du mal à parler anglais mais ils ont été très gentils pour traduire le menu en anglais spécialement pour nous. "The tables were perfectly cleaned and the chairs were particularly comfortable.Of course, a variety of dishes and drinks. I was really happy with my heartmate to have tracked down a host house in our vicinity, which we can afford even at the end of the month without any doubt.The staff worked flott, clean and nice.I also find the prices completely ok."

"The Greek restaurant Poseidon is located on Kennedy Square. It is therefore very easy to reach by tram. It makes a very chic, noble impression from the outside. Nevertheless, it seems rustic. in the interior you sit very pleasant. The room design was really successful. Each table is separated from the other tables by a small white wall. As a result, the noise level is lowered audibly and one does not appear to be observed. The operators are always very friendly and have a lot of sense of humor. A small speciality is as I find, the magnifying glasses, which are best served to every guest who cannot read the small-printed menu added. Waiting for food can take a little longer, but then it tastes really 1a. My favorite dish is Poseidon's plate, where you can find delicious Gyros, subtle Zaziki, a spicy lumbar, a lamb chop and a pig steak. The price-performance ratio could not be better, I was already tired after 3/4 of the plate. Oh yes, the toilets are very clean and it was ensured for best hygiene. This restaurant of special kind has, I think, deserves more than 5 stars, because everything tastes very good and the location is also something very special."

"Hier erhält man eine tolle Qualität! Egal was wir an der Wurst- und Käsetheke bestellt haben, oder auch die vielen Antipasti waren einfach hervorragend.Die Auswahl an Weinen und die Qualität sind auch sehr selten - TOP!Wir haben hier ein Geschäftsessen gehabt und was ich ein wenig vermisst habe, ist der Service. Man weiß nicht unbedingt, dass hier Selbstbedienung ist und bekommt auch nicht eine kleine "Einweisung". Not to forget the crispy and juicy carvings in any conceivable variation, including classics such as Bolognese or Parmesanschnitzel, exotics such as Hawaii and Spinach cream carvings and the speciality with Odenwald character, the cheese carving. The widest selection is available under the category Pizza. Here's something for everyone! Delicious ingredients on a thin sidewalk as you imagine a good pizza. Behind those who still have a bit of space in the abdomen, one of the desserts that form a sweet round for every evening. Beverages: The always cool beer is of jewellery; freshly tapped also an Odenwald classic. In addition to many juices and of course the basic drinks, there is also a wonderful selection of cocktails. "Tolles Ambiente, sehr gute Küche. Wir waren auf Empfehlung mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen (mit Reservierung) vor einigen Tagen im Krü. Das Essen war sehr gut, alle Anwesenden waren sehr zufrieden. Ich persönlich kann das Wiener Schnitzel dort sehr empfehlen, es war vermutlich das Beste, was ich bisher serviert bekommen habe. Insbesondere die Fleischqualität war wirklich top. Auch die Vorspeise waren sehr lecker. Dazu wurde selbst hergestellte Butter gereicht. Einziges Manko war der Service, der an manchen Stellen etwas holprig war. Offenbar lag dies wohl an der Einarbeitung eines neuen Kellners. Mich hat das aber nicht wirklich gestört. Es empfiehlt sich die Reservierung, da die Zahl der Plätze im Restaurant eher überschaubar ist und das Krü offenbar wohl kein Geheimtipp , sondern für die tolle Küche lokal bekannt ist. Absolute Weiterempfehlung."

"Ich war heute zum ersten Mal mit einer Freundin zum Essen da und bereue es nicht schon früher mal das kleine beschauliche Restaurant besucht zu haben. Zu alterst Mal war das Essen super lecker, die Portion üppig und der Fisch perfekt gegrillt. Die Preise haben sehr überzeugt! Wir hatten jeweils gegrillten Lachs und Garnelen und beide Gerichte kosteten nur 14,90€. Absolut gleichwertige Gerichte kosten im Vivarium oder Delfino ab 20€. Die beiden Bedingungen waren absolut freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam."

"Wir waren hier kürzlich mit unserem Management Team nach dem monatlichen Meeting. Es gibt typisch italienisch, aber auch Tagesempfehlungen. Ich hatte erst Spaghetti Aglio Olio, die waren sehr gut, pikant. Dann ein US Beefsteak sogenannt. Es war ein ordentliches Rumpsteak, ca. 350 gr. gegrillt, medium rare, wie bestellt, mit den typischen Beilagen, Gemüße etc. war sehr gut. Gute Weine gibt es ebenfalls. Als Dessert hatt ich ein sehr gutes Zitronensorbet mit Vodka. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert."

"Waren heute im Delfino, haben das Restaurant über TripAdvisor entdeckt.Kurz gesagt: das Essen war super! Ein authentischer Italiener mit zum Teil ausgefallenen Variationen, trotzdem authentisch, durchweg frisch und lecker.Die Preise erscheinen auf den ersten Blick leicht angehoben, aber wir hatten heute zusätzlich als Gruß aus der Küche Bruschetta erhalten, zusätzlich ein Erdbeer Dessert sowie einen Espresso aufs Haus! Rechnet man das um, sind die Preise bei dieser Qualität sehr fair!Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr familiär, hatten uns direkt wohl gefühlt.Man muss aber auch erwähnen, dass das Personal mit dem vollen Restaurant leicht überfordert war. Aber es wurde sich mehrfach entschuldigt und man war immer familiär freundlich.Eine Empfehlung an das Restaurant: die Vorhänge an den Fenstern hingen doch sehr weit vor dem Fenster. Etwas mehr Licht schadet nicht, daher die Vorhänge einfach etwas mehr am Rand fixieren.Für uns eine top Entdeckung, kommen gerne wieder!"

"From the outside, this restaurant looks much less elegant than it turns out to be inside. Thanks to the somewhat unusual approach from Eberstadt to one-way roads, we had to circle a few times before we found a parking lot. Closer would have been nicer, not least because of the light nozzle. The warm welcome, however, warmed us in no time. All the time, the service was efficient and friendly without being intrusive. This is not a pizza place, but a slightly upscale Italian restaurant. We felt like meat and both chose pieces fillet, beef, I lamb. Both were made to perfection if something more **** than ordered. Beef was rare, juicy and tender. The three lamb fingers literally stumble on my tongue. It hurts to send the third almost untouched back, but my stomach was filled with capacity. My only complaint, if a very light one, would be for more imagination with the supplements. An excellent, smooth grappa on the house was the last note to a beautiful evening."

"There's a giod deal of choice on the menu, but the specials that day were mostly fish, so not to my personal taste. The service was great, albeit a little slow to get food out, but it's quite popular, and the dishes are cooked well,...with everyone in our party getting their food pretty much at the same time. The cold starters are mainly carpaccio beef, lamb, tuna, and the hot starters were all based on mushrooms. My steak was lovely rare grilled. Desserts were good decent portion sizes, and the wine list catered to every budget. I would recommend booking, as it got quite busy, even on a Tuesday."

"Joa, alt eingesessenes Lokal, halbwegs gute Bewertungen. War bestimmt mal top, sonst hätte es nicht den Ruf aber wenn eine Speise aus den Empfehlungen des Tages so lieblos schmeckt das ich Salz drüber streuen muss, um überhaupt irgendwas außer billiges Olivenöl zu schmecken ist das ein Armutszeugnis. (Pfifferlinge mit Nudeln und Kräuter der Provence Zugegeben das gegrillte Rindersteak, welches ich probiert habe, war top aber ganz ehrlich das ist jetzt nicht die große Kunst.... zumal die Kräuterbutter eher nach Stangenware als nach sonst irgend etwas anderes geschmeckt hat. Die Bedienung ist eher kurz angebunden, es muss alles zack zack gehen, irgendwie hipplig. Den Gästen wird kaum Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt.... Kennt ihr das wenn ihr irgendwo hinbekommt, wo es den Anschein hat, das alles top ist und man dann feststellen muss, das es doch mehr Schein als Sein ist? Genau so ein Restaurant ist das. Es gibt in Darmstadt echt genügend alternativen in diesem Preisbereich und auch günstiger, die wesentlich bessere Qualität und Service bieten. Ich würde ja sogar mehr zahlen wenn die Qualität dann auch stimmt. Aber so fällt es schwer ein gutes Wort über die Küche zu verlieren. Ein bisschen mehr zurück zu den Wurzeln oder zumindest den Mut zum experimentieren, etwas neues auszuprobieren, mehr Hingabe und Freude an gutem Essen würde dem Ganzen sehr gut tun. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Abend, aber das lag vor allem an den Freunden und nicht am Essen. Deswegen: Lokation top, Essen Flop ;"

I'm charging...my phone to do so, later! The starter was delicious. Cheese and Music, it was called, I think. The menu looks like a mix of poetry, newspaper and gripping, chilling history. Shame it was all in German. Unless, in fact, that is the charm of it. Yes. It is! ... Just finished my steak. Lovely. With chips. Lovely. I'm sure, almost, that the dessert will be more than good, too. Go visit. Bitte gehe mahl dort. Es ist ganz güt. Friendly staff too. The young member of the family, waiter Jonathan, showed me the new menu. The photos of devastation of decades ago have gone. Time moves on."

"Am Samstag dem 20. Januar waren wir von einem befreundeten Ehepaar in dieses Restaurant eingeladen. Obwohl der Gastraum sehr gut gefüllt war, vielleicht war außer unserem Tisch noch einer frei, hat man sich sofort um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten als Aperitif einen Sanbitter mit Prosecco, als Vorspeise Spaghetti mit Parmesankäse und Trüffeln, als Hauptgericht Hummer und Garnelen mit dreierlei Saucen und als krönender Abschluss eine Nachtisch Variation aus allem was das Haus zu bieten hatte. Geschmacklich war alles noch viel leckerer als wir es erwartet hatten. Alles hatte seinen ganz eigenen Akzent. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen und empfehlen das Bella Sardegna als bestes italienisches Restaurant dass wir kennen. Außer der hervorragenden Qualität der Küche stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auch die Auswahl an Wein ist sehr gut und groß und beschränkt sich nicht auf die so bekannten Sorten wie Chianti, Barbera u.ä. Sondern hält auch eine Menge an unbekannteren, hervorragenden Weiß- und Rotweinen für uns bereit. Ich schreibe dies aus Überzeugung und weil wir überrascht wurden von der Gastlichkeit und Qualität, die wir in Darmstadt Eberstadt so nicht erwartet hätten."

I walked by a few times before I understood that there was food there. The design seems to be aimed more at middle-aged and older women, although bowls are hip and also popular with young people. The only tables inside where you can sit normally are so close to the counter that you essentially sit in the aisle/path. I hope the store doesn't go bankrupt because of these issues, which are actually easy to fix, because I'd like to come back regularly."
