"the truth is that they have always been superamic even on an occasion that would charge me more (because of the machine, everything has to be said), that the manager solved it without problems. attentive, clean and pleasant staff. the place we've always found that you picked up and the burgers are always well-mounted (which there are some places where it seems that they put the bread directly from the burger. even when the promotions of the bottles, I have asked them to change some and don't put any trouble or face boredom, it's to thank you."

"La calidad de la comida es normal pero el sitio es super agradable, bonito, y en la misma playa; y para mi sorpresa, nada caro! una media de 30 euros por persona en plena zona turística. El personal muy simpático, tardaron más de la cuenta en servir (casi una hora... pero a cambio tuvieron un detalle con nosotros. Sitio recomendable si no tienes altas expectativas en lo culinario, pero quieres comer bien, a buen precio y en buena zona!"

"pleasant surprise for both the quality of the food and the treatment and service received. We have come the family one day a week and we have seen that there was a menu for 17 euros (it is true that my reference was 15 euros but it has just been updated as all prices in this period of inflation triggered.) in the menu there were two incomings to select, two main dishes and two desserts....all of them good and exquisite as we have been able to try them all. also as always the environment is very nice to be located in the most charming marina of the island as it is port adriano. highly recommended and eager to come back another day to try some dish of fish from which I have received very good reviews."

"We have been dining at Flanigan for over 20 years. However our experience this evening took the biscuit. We booked about 2 months ago for a 7pm table knowing that it would be busy in August. We arrived at Reception about 7.15 and waited in a queue to be seated. When I introduced myself at 7.20 the Hostess said you were booked at 7pm I explained that the the traffic getting into the port was backed up to the motorway (and took about 15 minutes to clear and park). She said we know about the traffic and I explained that I myself (the customer) was not previously aware of such queues (in previous years access to the port was always fairly smooth flowing but a new barrier system has slowed this down). She stormed off to show another lady (who had been given the same response as I had) to a table in a tent at the back. The other customer was told that she should have telephoned to explain that they would be late.....but how can you if you are driving? Don 't carry their number with you? Have no foreign mobile data to look it up? Another lady appeared and gain muttered to me that we had booked for 7pm! The two women then progressed to discuss which table they would give to me (in Spanish) and clearly in a poorer position than the table I would have been given at 7pm. I understand enough Spanish to appertain their tone....and the gist of what was said. We were then seated at the front of the restaurant on the path, with the sun in our eyes, a wobbly table and every man and his dog (literally) looking at us as they walked past. We had an ample 15 minutes of time to look at the menus and as no one approached us to offer drinks or take orders it became clear that these tables at the front were certainly the 'poor relations ' of the seating plan ... and it did not bode well with us. I noticed that gazpacho as a starter was an extortionate 18 Euros per person (with possibly the cheapest ingredients available in Spain and a cost price of pence) so a meal for 4 would soon reach the 200 Euro mark and would not at all be worthwhile considering the WELCOME that we had received, the POSITION OF THE TABLE and the LACK OF SERVICE. Never before in my life have I experienced such bad manners and attitude at a restaurant. I was not comfortable then spending all that money there so we got up and left......(and were welcomed warmly (with no booking) at another restaurant further along the walkway.... I have eaten in some of the best restaurants in Europe and am an ex hotel/Restaurant Manager myself. I also own a house in the Port so am not a 'tourist ' who they seem to want to treat so badly. If Flanigans treat customers like this they will not return to the restaurant, the port and maybe even the island. I did not check Tripadvisor before I made my booking as we have eaten there before and it has been fine but looking at recent reviews, my experience was clearly not a one off. Flanigans may get away with this over summer, when demand is high, but when the restaurant is quiet over winter they will miss customers like me and my neighbours who dine year round in the Port. Treat customers like this at your peril as they simply won 't come back....and they will let others know about their experiences. "Moo Moos has consistently delivered first class meals whether its a fillet steak (which honestly are like butter) or a beef burger (juicy and delicious) or stroganoff! Sides to recommend are the garlic mushrooms and caramelised fried onions. This restaurant is the first place we visit when we are in Mallorca! Benito and team are brilliant front of house, friendly yet attentive with a big smile Try a cheeky cocktail whilst you are browsing the menu all add to the experience. Scallops with black pudding for starters are a particular favourite! Don’t forget dessert with the strawberry cheesecake being a gorgeous way to round off the evening. In summary, a fabulous place to have dinner whether as a couple, friends or family, you wont be disappointed"

"I mean, it's one of the best places where they do it, and its price is more than acceptable that we could envy and saw asomar a big plate of sardines on the plate with its sardine salad, well made and a lot of flavor on the sea, how an incoming is highly recommended if you go with appetite, but yesterday it was a day of celebration and also of coke. I spent a very happy birthday at the bar and hope to repeat next year if God wants."

"We went here for dinner one night as it was on the beach next to our hotel. Our food was OK. I had Cod de Ranchero and my husband had T bone steak. My fish was nice and was freshly cooked, but it was basically fried battered cod like from a UK fish and chip shop) and the potatoes it was served with were not freshly cooked and were cold. There was no description of any of the dishes on the menu so I was not sure what to expect. I know I could have asked the waiter....But none of the dishes had a description, so I would have had to ask about multiple dishes) The T bone was very big, and also was OK. came with chips and salad."

"sad. I haven't been here for years and I've met with a very cool place all very nice and fashionable. a letter with exorbitant prices and a service that differs much from being up to the new standard of the address. with prices between and euros per dish, the least I hope is that they pick up the plate of the first and change the covers (the dishes I have had to do it myself since I could not leave the new dish on the dirty ones). the main one very joto and without being up to the old. That's a shame, another good place that goes to the hook."

"Staff had excellent gluten free knowledge. We’re able to advise which menu items could be made GF and any where there could be a minimal chance of cross contamination (E.g. fries). We ordered fajitas and GF burger, both were excellent. Service was really friendly and helpful. They were really busy at 6.30ish when we arrived and we were lucky to get a table (others after us were turned away), so I’d suggest booking."

"Went to this Resteraunt on Saturday. We’re told no tables available outside they were fully booked and yet there must have been ten or more empty. We’re told to go inside if we wanted which we did. We had our meal and I must stay the steak was as tough as old boots and the jacket potato was over done and dry. The sangria was awful don’t think it even had any red wine in it and was awfully sweet couldn’t drink it all. While we were eating there was about five staff standing around watching. And we noticed from the start of our meal to the finish that o my one of the so called reserved tables was taken so therefore we could have sat outside and been gone. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend Blockhouse is much better"

"Small and cosy, family run restaurant serving local delicious and not too expensive food as the location is out of the most touristic area. It is easy to notice that they work with passion. We have been there two times and each time everything was perfect. In busy time you can wait little longer but it's worth it. One of the best places to eat in the area. If you want to paella, you will need to make reservation for if little earlier."

"Not one for review but really disappointed with this place. My partner and I stopped off for a bite to eat. We were given menus but no one came back to us for 20 minutes, I had to call someone to take our order! we noticed locals came in after us and their order was taken and they got their food before us. Waited almost 45 minutes from when we sat down until we got our food! When we went to pay, we were left standing at the counter and a waiter behind the bar cleaning glasses, staff were rude! Really bad attitude, won’t be returning! Food was overpriced"

"Após várias horas à procura do local perfeito para jantar, SAO by Portofino foi sem dúvida uma ótima surpresa, ficamos maravilhadas com a comida e principalmente pelo atendimento dos empregados, em especial o Sr. Manuel Martin. Gostamos tanto que repetimos o mesmo restaurante por 3 noites consecutivas. Recomendo vivamente, infelizmente estávamos a aproveitar a experiência que nem fotografias tirámos (culpa dos mojitos)"

"Muy lindo! llegamos puntuales a nuestra reserva! Escogimos zona Palm (donde esta la arena) fue una buena elección , tranquilos con una linda vista y un camastro espacioso! Esperaba un poco de su famosa música , per no hubo ni música ni DJ , quizas a la proxima en un evento muy especifico , pero por el momento musica no hay. Reservamos para comer en el restaurante ahi mismo, pedimos paella , hiper basta para 2 personas! las bebidas recomendadas la mejor piña colada de mi vida la tome ahi!! la atencion linda y la vista preciosa! volveremos. El bus no te deja tan lejos! puedes llegar muy bien en el !"

"algunos platos del buffet,no están bien elaboradolas, rabas de calamar,echas con aceite quemado,estaban casi negras!!!!, las dos paellas por ejemplo,que sacaron, el arroz súper duro...las 2!!!!! Y es fácil,9 minutos fuego fuerte y otros 9 medio fuego,y te sale el arroz como toca. Pero muy duro,especialmente yo queria paella.. Y no e podido disfrutar de paella!!!!! Si vuelvo, preguntaré si el arroz de la paella, está a su punto. Falla el cocinero,hay que buscar soluciones, así irá más gente a comer, y no solo los jubilados...pobrecito de ellos,si les ponen arroz duro,y las frituras hechas con el aceite muy usado,solo probar frituras,las tiraba,y ¡ojo con los mejillones,! avia 1 en mal estado,y es muy delicado el tema de intoxicación de marisco. Solo me esplican, que los mejillones son congelados,...e sido pescadero,y no hay excusas que valgan,..."
