"I have used this place alot in the past with no problems,recently after a hard day at work on a Sunday i thought i would treat myself to some beer wine and food!! The delivery time was great as always but my order came without...the pizza so i called them and they said they would send it back which they did 20 minutes later and it was cold,i also ordered Piri Piri chicken as i like the spicy taste but when i opened it up it was the normal bland fried chicken,when i mentioned this to the driver he never said sorry but made a flippant remark saying when you next order food we will give you a free bag of fries yippeee!!! well there will not be a next time which is a shame as they used to be so good."

"My wife is gluten intolerant, and the staff were attentive to her dietary needs, which we really appreciated. The total for the three of us, including drinks, came to £60. This included a drink for me and my wife, two drinks for my son, a pasta dish with garlic flatbread for my wife, a pepperoni pizza for my son, and a pizza for me, along with a starter of baked breadcrumbs. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I genuinely hope the employees receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work. Will I come back? Absolutely, 100%!"

"I ordered two large fish and found them to be the same size as the normal fish from other fish and chip shops. The batter is very nice. The large chips I ordered for 2.50 were smaller than a regular portion at other chip shops. The chips tasted like they had been cooked twice and were not hot. The mushy peas were not as good as usual. I don't think I will use this restaurant again. The fish was tasty, but I found it to be overpriced for the portion size."

"The manager on shift on Sunday 10th really stayed on top of the whole restaurant . He’s clearly very good at his job. Similar issue with the door every time I visit. People prop it open to queue and it’s makes the restaurant freezing cold. Maybe add a sign asking people queuing to keep the door closed so the experience is nicer for people inside."

"Ordered from here on the phone was extremely rushed and didn’t get the order correct. Put the phone down on me twice cause he said he was busy. Then it came within ten mins off ordering. The garlic bread was warm but full of grease dripping off it both kebabs was hard narn bread could not chew or it was like cardboard. The meat was freezing and unsure why as we live around the corner and the garlic bread was hot? Worst kebab I’ve ever eaten. Food was here 1 min so we called up and explained the person we spoke to the owner could not have being more rude. Just kept repeating himself saying “sorry you feel this way” multiple times. We asked for a refund and he said he dosent believe us we said we will bring it to shop him and he said he dosent have time to speak to us. We paid £19 for this food and even tipped the driver and we haven’t eaten any off it. Will not be going to this place again and will keep posting. Worst rude mannered people and never in my life have I made a bad review."

"Absolute shambles.i took my mate for first time in afternoon.we ordered burger and mac n cheese, these meals come with a soft drink as stated on the menu. My friend forgot to order drinks and wasn't asked if he would like one.so went to bar and said could we have drinks please.where I was told no you will have to pay for them separately full price. Even though clearly states including soft drink or little extra for a coke.i was firmly told I could not have a drink with my meal.asked to c manager where I was told that we hadn't ordered correctly. So it was our fault. Also was then insulted by staff and aggressively told nobody like you in here any way!I was utterly fuming at the way we were treated. Will be writing to Brewery."

"This is the best dessert place in blackpool hands down always deliver on time the staff are so polite and honest its just wonderful to see. Whenever I treat my kids, I asked them what they want and they instantly say 'Mr Nitros ' and when I do get one for them without asking, the amount they cheer and celebrate is just delightful. It is such a pleasure to see smiles on my childrens faces. I 'm so grateful that Mr nitros is a delicious, loyal and overall a fantastic establishment. Thank you for everything. "Firstly I've just seen their recent food hygiene rating is a 1 which is bad enough. Ordered the hangover burger at a bank breaking £18! Doesn't come with anything so we ordered the hangover loaded fries. Nothing loaded about them just a small basket of fries with some chicken strips on top. I also got the mac n cheese which was absolutely disgusting, never tasted anything like it. I mentioned this to the waitress who couldn't have cared less and refused to remove it from the bill. For a burger, fries a bowl of inedible mac n cheese, a glass of Pepsi and a below average coke float it was almost £40!! Really don't understand the hype of this overpriced gimmicky restaurant. I definitely won't be going back and will warn others too."

"The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff gave us a warm welcome. I wouldn't typically visit a pub like this, but after hearing some great reviews since they started serving food, I decided to give it a try. "Visited for my sons 10th birthday and informed them of my severe nut allergy. Was assured the food i ordered was free from nuts so we ordered and spent around £65 for myself my son and my partner. Throughly enjoyed the food however there was obviously some cross contamination as my body later went into anaphylactic shock, i had to give myself my epipen in front of my son and 999 were called and i was taken to hospital. My partner contacted the restaurant and they assured there was no nuts in the meal. I have later emailed the restaurant and they have emailed back, but after the second time have ignored my email. I really dont want this to happen to someone else, especially a child hence why i am leaving this review. I feel i have no choice after lack of communication from staff!"

"we found this restaurant by chance after our first choice had waited for an hour for a table. we went right in and sat right away. our drinks orders were made while we decided what to order. we had to wait long before someone came back to take over our order. it seemed that every employee had a certain job and they did this for everyone table, instead of assigning a waiter to each table to treat all our needs. that was excellent, we started with lettuce wraps. then our main thing were with ananas, sweet sour chicken and huh (with chili.) all 3 were delicious, especially the chicken dish with chili, if they like spicy food! I can't say enough good things about eating. had given a 5 star rating if the staff had been more attentive after sitting."

"I recently discovered Kwizeen restaurant in Blackpool and have visited multiple times since. The food is consistently excellent and offers great value for money. I dined there on New Year's Eve and was impressed once again. I started with tomatoes and basil served with gluten-free bread, followed by arancini balls with tomato concasse and eggs Benedict. For my main course, I enjoyed filet steak with wild mushroom sauce and chicken and Chorizo Roulade. For dessert, I indulged in chocolate and hazelnut mousse with double chocolate ice cream, and strawberry pavlova with vanilla bean ice cream and popping candy. I washed it all down with a delicious white wine. The restaurant makes everything in-house, from bread to ice cream, and it is all incredibly tasty. Kwizeen has been open for over 30 years and they certainly know how to do things right."

"We found this restaurant on a walk about, what a surprise, the place was virtually empty and we were directed to a large corner table. Our server John took our drinks order and gave us plenty of time to choose our food, we had chicken...dhansak, chicken khari, 2 rice, saag aloo, tarka dhal and a naan the food was excellent and plenty of it, the total price all for less than £40 great value . On our way out John gave us an umbrella to take (as a monsoon came on) what a great guy."

"Food was messy, most things appeared to have been thrown into place, and not thought about any sort of presentation. Delivery-man knocked on the door, then ferociously banged on both the letter box and another part of the door. Once the door was opened, he repeatedly asked if the meal had already been payed for (when payed via card online), and did not ask for verification of this. And finally there was no description for items online, so when ordering, it was unclear to what was on each item and we were forced to blindly order."

"We booked the afternoon tea through buyagift. The staff were really friendly and accommodating they even swapped the sausages for extra fish bites. Afternoon tea was impressive we had mini fish butties, fishcakes(lush! , fish bites, panko crusted gherkins(omg delicious! with mushy peas, curry sauce, ketchup and mayo, onion rings, chips, banana fritters with biscoff sauce and bread butter pudding, small pot of custard and 2 lotus biscuits. We choose to have pots of tea which was massive easily 6 cups in there, but you could have a soft drink if you preferred. Really enjoyed the experience and would return again. Stuffed!"

"Was recommended here and shown photos of their meal which was nothing compared to ours it was a cross between a meal in a nursing home or school dinners. We ordered the sirloin, alarm bells should have struck when we weren’t asked how we would like it cooked. Chef was in a tracksuit. Were recommended by the waiter the “feather beef” (never heard of this before) but it was rancid and burnt. It was £96 for two adults and a child and I feel absolutely robbed. The view was ruined by the windows covered in bird poo this could be easily rectified by having the windows cleaned. I actually feel quite angry about the whole meal we made them aware and the waiter was attentive in asking if there was anything he could do or if we had made him aware during the meal he could have rectified it. Not possible. None of it was a La carte or home made the cauliflower cheese was definitely shop bought and microwaved. Would not recommend started to wonder if we’d booked the wrong place the smell alone of the older generation as you go up in the lift is enough to put you off. Bizarre place wouldn’t return."

"WORST PLACE IVE EVER ORDERED FROM!!!!!! Laat night we ordered out usual go to Chinese and after ordering the food it arrives within (15 MINUITES) I thought surely this can't be fresh!! Upon plating up our food, the rice almost looked like it had been mixed with PVA glue it was sooo stodgy and floppy and didn't seperste, even out of the box. So I perservered and continued as wasn't letting it bother me, i had chicken curry and my children had sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was sooooo slimy and something didn't taste like the usual food we eat. So I gave them a call and explained and all they wanted to do was send the food back out. Which would of probably been the same! The whole £45 order went in the bin and was very disappointed. Just eat have refused refund because it's their policy.. Will dedinatly not be returning."

I have sampled a variety of dishes from their menu and cannot emphasize enough how delicious the food is. Chefs Kieran and Lee infuse a lot of passion into their cooking, which is evident in every bite. The bar staff, consisting of James, Jake, Shona, Tyler, and assistant manager Taylor, are incredibly friendly and always up for a good laugh. They are impeccably dressed and eager to serve. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great food and drinks at reasonable prices in a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels just like home."
