"Terrible service! We had booked a table online a few weeks back for last night at 7.45, we arrived at 7.50 (running late due to transport) when we arrived we stood for 5 to 10 mins before being acknowledged. When someone came to ask us our name etc we were told that the kitchen may be closed, even though our table was booked. A staff member went to check and came back and said yes, sorry the kitchen is closed, the chefs are going home. I understand we were 5 mins late, but in no way were we going to have orders taken and food out by 8 pm, so how the kitchen was closed and the chefs away, I can't understand! We were extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant after hearing such good reviews from family. However, we ended up in another restaurant on the Lisburn Road, which was fabulous and very accommodating! We def won't be back!"
