"Sehr Geehrter Andreas,danke für deinen Kritik, ich bin die Inhaber dieses Restaurants und entschuldige mich dafür, dass wir nicht nach Ihrem Geschmack anpassen konnten.zu Ihrer Kritik möchte ich nochmals daraufhin Hinweis, dass:- Die Geschirre sind im Edeka Großmarkt C+C zu kaufen.- Die "Anrichteplatten" in Fischform und andere Formen sind aus Thailändischen Stil vom Thailand erkauft worden: zu diesem Punkt: warum sollte eigentlich in einem Schmerzklinik die Fischformige Platten besitzen?- Im Sommer: war es für Sie zu heiß? Wenn nein, warum bewerten Sie diese mit ein? Wir sind noch nicht im Sommer-Season, außerdem ist bei uns vorgeplant, dass wir Klimaanlagen einführen.- Essen ist Geschmacksache, da gebe ich zu, dass es thailändisch nicht jedem schmeckt.Aber wir sind eben einen rein originales thailändisches Restaurant und kein Asiatisch-EU-Geschmack... Die Kunden bei uns, die schon mal in Thailand waren, wissen, dass das Essen von uns vom Thailand stammen. Was bei uns natürlich angepasst ist, dass die Schärfe-Grad weniger und abgeschwächter sind als sonst.- Zu uns. Wir Personalen/Servicekräften, für uns sind die Gäste, die Chefs/König, wir kümmern unseren Gästen und passen denen deren Essen an, sodass Sie das Essen mit Qualität und Genuss genießen können.- Wir sind ehrlich und sehr offen, zudem auch Kritikfähig und tun alles um unseren Feedbacks vom unseren Gästen umzusetzen...Trotzallem Bedanken wir uns für Ihren Besuch.Mit freundlichen GrüßenSiam Thai Team"

Although I don't know if sweet flamecakes in Alsace have a tradition. But the combination of cream frogs, apple slices, sugar and cinnamon is really tempting. And the moment when the cinnamon begins to be allowed to flambiate is a feast for the nose. ****! After this flame cake we had enough. And I come to the conclusion. The AYCE was charged with nearly 14 EUR, a very good PLV. Along with the Cidre and water, I gave a very favorable restaurant visit. Under this amount of less than EUR 50, this was a good return. What was also due to the fact that the bottled wines offered could not tempt an order. The service did his job attentively and accurately, even here no gruesome complaint."

"An einem heißen Abend hatten wir bereits einen Tag vorher einen Tisch auf der Terrasse reserviert, für sechs Personen. Wir bekamen den Tisch in der hinteren Nische. Dieser ist zwar außerhalb des Restaurantgebäudes in einer Art Vorraum, von drei Seiten geschlossen, oben drüber ist ein Bastmatte gespannt, wohl damit man nicht gleich sieht, das ein Welldach aus Plastik darüber liegt. Der Hitzestau war unerträglich. Da es außerhalb war, war auch das Rauchen gestattet, wir sind alle Nichtraucher und wunderbar zog es von den Nachbartischen rein. Juristisch ist das meiner Meinung nach ein geschlossener Raum, daher sollte dort ein Rauchverbot eingehalten werden. Beim Bestellen baten wir darum, das die Vorspeisen zusammen serviert werden. Was natürlich nicht passierte schön zeitlich versetzt oder gar vergessen. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass das Vitello fehlt, wurde genervt reagiert, da schon das Hauptgericht kam. Mit Ach und Krach konnte verhindert werden, dass die Vorspeise als Nachspeise serviert wird. Die Spaghetti noch ein ganzes Stück vor dem gewünschten Al dente, viel zu hart. Parmesan wurde erst gar nicht angeboten. Obwohl wir vier verschiedene Pastagerichte hatten, war der geschmackliche Unterschied marginal, sofern überhaupt einer vorhanden war. 08/15 Geschmack ohne jede Raffinesse. Auf die Bitte zahlen zu dürfen wurde man dann noch fast angeschrien. NIE WIEDER."
