"Fantastic. Everything was great from start to finish. The welcome was warm and the family-run atmosphere is clear from the beginning. Part of the nice welcome was the amuse bouche of local specialties. The staff took the time to explain the dishes we were interested in. Wine list was limited, but we enjoyed the local Pigato, a simple, pleasant wine. As for the food, the squid ink pasta with octopus was the best we 've ever had. The fried calamari were fine, but we wished we had ordered something more complex, as the other dishes with sauces were so, so good. The portions are generous, so we didn 't order dessert. Nevertheless, after we asked for the check, we received a nice surprise of a kind of dessert amuse bouche of little fried dough balls, some with apple filling, some with chocolate drizzle, that were amazingly delicious. Most importantly, make a reservation. We could only get a reservation for 2 nights ahead and lots of people were turned away while we were there on the evening we had reserved. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable. For 3 plates, a bottle of wine, a bottle of sparkling water, a bottle of flat water, plus the complimentary amuse bouche and little desserts, we paid 70 euros."
