"30.09.2018 6 people have ordered a table for 18 o'clock. we were there 10 15 minutes before. it wasn't much. all the tables had a reserved sign. 2 menus have been given to us: the space conditions are relatiw confined. the order was recorded and drinks were delivered. in the order you could not accept a child's portion, because you have not the right shapes. well, take away for home would be possible. After an hour, we asked where to eat, for some guests who came after us had already eaten. you have forgotten to give order to the kitchen!!! we then asked the bill for the drinks, because the hunger for the knees and we with two children 11 and 14) were not willing to wait even longer. it came only the word apology and nothing, no ouzo, no smallness from the kitchen and the drinks were fully calculated. that is a service that is not customer-friendly or customer-binding. we will certainly not take the attempt to eat there again. in other comments I have read that there is no more ouzo on the cost of the house at the cost of paying. but then you have to be very well known, because we were allowed to experience it loudly. that for greeting guests the ouzo was served with the words "to the house"."
