"We look forward to the Christmas buffet at the Dückerstieg restaurant on 2nd Christmas day. I have often visited the restaurant in the past and always felt both the ambience and the service as very good. Even the food on the 2nd. Christmas day was really excellent and sometimes even unsatisfied. The whole family and I were very happy and happy. Why I still decided to make a critical assessment here is a completely unnecessary incident after food. The star therefore does not refer to the quality of the kitchen or service personnel. After dinner I had decided to make the payment by EC card, which is why I should contact the vault near the entrance. Here the boss personally gave me a very modern EC card terminal with touchscreen and Android OS and kindly instructed me to place my card and the PIN at the same moment as it turned off and went back to your cashier. While I had done the steps immediately, after payment, the terminal jumped to a connecting menu with three option assignments to discard, print or receive the corresponding document copy as email. Without an evil intent, I was happy about this small contribution against a meaningless worldwide paper drop and intuitively chose the document copy menu item as an email on the device. In the following screen, I would have entered the email address. At this moment, the boss turned around, three steps quickly went in my direction. What do you think to play around the device? I told you exactly what you need to do, you need to put the card and enter the PIN! The boss suddenly attacked me. At the first moment I was completely irritated and explained that I was just emailing.. She broke me. Here's her printed document and give me the device now! She pulled the card terminal off my nose. I tried again to explain that I wanted to select the sustainable e-mail document variant without bad intention and due to the experience in other restaurants. It's not bad, but if my entire cash register system crashes because of you, then... Now it was enough, I turned and broke the conversation. I've never seen anything like that. I don't let myself be treated so badly and from above as a guest in a restaurant, even by boss and owner. I was treated as if I wanted to hack the cash register system and the attempt of apology, if you wanted to identify it at all, began with further teachings and the accusation that I would like to paralyze the entire cash register system. I'm still mad. Let me sum up at this point and that I honestly believe constructively if I want to live out my disregard for a state-of-the-art EC card terminal in connection with my lack of technical understanding, then please do not have to harass a guest after payment, including tip in the presence of his family."

To the Dückerstieg is a gem in Steinburg, the quality of food and drinks is always excellent. The small but fine card is regularly extended with seasonal dishes and offers classics such as Currywurst Pommes in addition to sophisticated cuisine. One must first get such a balancing act and that is then also the greatest unique feature, which also justifies the partly adventurous journey over the bumpy roads without any problems. I'm referring to the restaurant on all points, I don't know the hotel myself.

We have already been invited to major celebrations in this place. We have celebrated many festivals in the various locals in the course of the years, but the highlights are those that were in the Zum Dückerstieg. It was just right here. I can imagine that the food can only be as good and exquisite as the host can allow, but there are also plenty of well-being points that are influenced by the local leadership. If it were not so far for us and the majority of our potential guests, we would like to celebrate here.
