our concierge in hilton has made the recommendation. we were not disappointed. the food was excellent and the service and the hospitality excellent.

This is the second time visiting Zonzo. We were so impressed the first time we came to London that we went back this time too. Nothing is too much trouble, the service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. I honestly can't recommend Zonzo highly enough

We had a fantastic meal at Zonzo. The staff were friendly and fun. They were attentive and our food came promptly. The food was delicious. Myself and my nephew had the pizzas which were amazing and my mum really enjoyed the veal. I would definitely come back next time I’m in london.

The first Waiter did not listen to our order and so we were delivered the wrong food. Upon explaining this to the lovely female waiter she removed the food but the replacement came “in parts”. Service was very slow and food mediocre. Given the reviews we were expecting better. Wound not return.

the service at zonzo’s was great, our waitress was really friendly and eating came after just a short wait. we had the carbonara, chicken tagliatelle and mushroom risotto. the food was delicious and the portions were very generous. we also enjoyed our side order of brot and oliven. eating was a good value for money and we would recommend this small Italian restaurant in the heart of london in any case.

I am regular customer of zonzo and has never been disappointed. the personal is always so friendly and welcoming. eating is of high quality and the restaurant is very welcoming. I always get the burger and never complained. there was one time, although the meat was well cooked, it was not according to my preference, and the personal returned my burger for a new without fuss, annoying or asking, in contrast to something else restaurant can do. defo recommend

received multiple booking confirmation from open table, at our arrival no one knew about the reservation. then, fortunately, they still got a table. pizza very good, nice, small restaurant. then the annoying in the calculation: had ordered salami in one of the margheritas as an extra topping. on the bill (see photo) extra topping then calculated 2 x! start up: if you order extra, it's almost a salami pizza (which you can't order so) with extra much salami....I was really baff. 12.5 service charge is available in london at any restaurant visit. no enjoyable experience.
