"Early evening visit. Upon arrival, they were unable to find the booking I had made! However, there were plenty of tables free, so I had somewhere to sit. It took a while to be served and the slow service continued. Food was good, but I would not return to this particular Bella Italia again due to the poor service."

Excellent food and (in warm weather) a very pleasant outdoor seating area. Service was efficient and friendly.

We managed to book a table via Opentable however the restaurant did say that they were at full capacity. A table was found for us and we had a quick pre theatre meal.

The food was disappointing; the pasta was cold with lukewarm sauce, and the salad tasted pre-packaged and was stored too cold in the fridge, resulting in frost. It seems like the pizza might be good, but everything else was subpar.

We did not receive our desserts in time and had to settle the bill without them. What a disappointment! We ordered our desserts at 6:00 PM, but by 6:45 PM, they still hadn't arrived. We informed the staff that we would be leaving, and yet they never came.

The service was excellent and the dining experience was delightful. I tried the crab cannelloni, which was fantastic, complemented by a delicious sauce. My sister appreciated the wide variety of milk and gluten-free options available. Overall, it was a lovely meal that exceeded our expectations.
