Zizzi Hull - Menu

The food was fantastic and we had a wonderful evening! Despite being very busy, the staff worked tirelessly. Our server, Sophie, provided excellent service and deserves special recognition. We will definitely be returning!

I would like to thank the entire staff for helping to make my son's 18th birthday celebration so memorable. He and his friends had a fantastic evening with delicious food and great service. I highly recommend trying the cocktails.

The food was lovely, and the service was extremely quick. The portions were a bit small for the price but it was delicious so you’re paying for quality. Our server, Sophie, was also lovely and very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in.

We have previously visited this Zizzi restaurant to celebrate special occasions and we always enjoyed the whole experience so today we decided to visit again as it was my turn to cook! We were not disappointed with young James providing exceptional service complimenting the great food and a lovely cool window table. Despite it being busy James and the other staff provided exceptional service with a smile Thank you and yes we will be returning again

Lovely food here as always, the staff were great at making sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful in suggesting something for my grandma to eat, as she could not make a decision. My grandad ate all her food and was really pleased with the food and service. There was 9 of us in total, 2 children and 2 disabled wheelchair users. The staff made sure we had plenty of room and made our evening feel special. Thanks to all the team at Zizzi Hull!! 5

So dissapoint! We was ordering 1 pizza and for daughter Zizi Bambini. For drink we was waiting not too long. But for 1 starter 30min and pizza more 1h. Daughter was waiting another 1h for desserts 2 scoops of Vanilia. More 2h spend there. So dissapoint! Wasnt too many people! Waiters was doing everything else but served us. On diffrent table people was finish to eat as well all dirty plates still was on table. And they bring them another food! First time in Zizzi and last. Not recommend! At all.. italian restaurant? That was not even close to call italian! On our table we had soo clean light! Disgusting!

Dishonest manager Nick at Zizzi Hull/St Stephens. Not impressed. Specifically asked a staff member about using Tesco vouchers for the meal deal menu before ordering from this menu and was told it was fine. Also asked another staff member about using Tesco vouchers when I first entered the restaurant, and they said 'just use your vouchers when paying '. Nothing about special menus and exempted items etc etc. Manager point blank refused to accept the vouchers for the 4 meal deals we had ordered, and physically split the order into separate bits (even though the separately ordered items are a larger item), and we had to pay for these items. I was a regular customer at zizzi, but i wont be going there anymore! I ordered the cheesy garlic bread and the campagne rustica pizza which comes with pepperoni ham and mushrooms. I don’t like pepperoni so i ordered it without. Our food finally arrived and i received a spicy chicken and mushroom pizza. I said to one of the staff members that i did not order this and i was told that they would remake it for me. The cheesy garlic bread had an option to have balsamic onions or without balsamic onions. I ordered it without balsamic onions and it came with balsamic onions. My pizza then came stone cold with bits of spicy chicken still on it. I then realized that the chef has just picked the chic...

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience tonight. The restaurant was not even half full, yet the mistreatment we faced was inexcusable. What should have been a pleasant family dinner turned into a complete disaster. We regretted coming here and we will never be back. If you enjoy being served by rude waitresses and having your meal ruined, then this is the place for you! Despite requesting all our food to come out together, it arrived sporadically, leaving the kids frustrated. We asked for sauces that never arrived, and when we complained, we were accused of lying.
