"Dine at Zack’s fairly often so know what to expect. Christmas time so bit busier didn’t seem a problem and staff were bubbly and friendly. There was a mix up with our orders though and two of five of us ended up with wrong type of potatoes. One got replacement pots on the house, I made do with the wedges that I hadn’t ordered. Otherwise fine until the end when the waitress (not the same one who’s served earlier) clearly wanted to get us out so she could go home!"

Food was nice as expected. Some parts of my meal were cold not meant to be). Service was good and the waitress was nice. It was cold in there.

I would thoroughly recommend Zak’s. Friendly service, great choice of good quality and plentiful food and a lovely family atmosphere. Good value for money too.

Good fabulous but took ages for front of house to seat us despite booking weeks in advance fortunately my son was already seated and so text to let us m is where he was. Waitress was efficient and let us know there was a long wait than usual for food which was at the usual high standard. Voir le carte

they have a good separate vegan menu with about 10 different burgers to choose from, hot dogs and various fritted sides like beaten flower and gherkins! they also have a series of vegan sauces. it is definitiw one of the best vegan options around the opposite and worth visiting when they go through!

Rude and miserable waitress.. eye rolling and huffing whilst taking orders, a few orders were wrong when food came.. I specifically asked for my burger with no relish n it was smothered they took it away and had just scraped the relish out but it was saturated in the bun. Not happy at all worst service I've ever recieved at zaks and based on that visit I would not recommend
