An absolutely delicious and high quality kitchen for a Take Away store. The staff is very friendly the food is cooked live in front of the guests' eyes from fresh ingredients and tastes perfectly. We have been very fond of soups and pasta dishes for a long time: inexpensive, fresh, peppery, great dough bags. Possibly the snack has a new owner or cook or both, because now everything tastes too uniform, the dough bags are completely boiled, the broth looks almost as industrial, with the noodles lack coriander, the nuts and the spring onions. We were there for the first time today, and we were absolutely thrilled. Ok, of course it's not a 5 star restaurant, it's also a snack from the prices (noodle soup between 6.90 and 9 euros). But for that, the owners are doing great trouble with the food. Everything is freshly prepared and very tasty. I myself have come a lot around in the world, and You You really makes the Noodle Soups in Cologne the most likely to get to the Asian original. Besides, I found the service very nice. When we were there, there was a homeless man standing there all the time, and the owner asked him to do a noodle soup in the warm. I just love that. From now on, I'll be more frequent there.
