"Christmas Day visit for group of 5. Venue was nice though a little out of the way. Host who greeted us during our early arrival and accommodated with an early seating was helpful. Bartender who took great care in his cocktail preparations was also enjoyable as we had a short wait for our table. Our server did explain gluten free options for one of our diners but rest of service was disappointing. Menu was limited for the holiday but did not expect a Gordon Ramsay restaurant to be out of Beef Wellington at 6:45PM!! We ordered the salt and peppar squid, Burrata, and the Salt beef brisket. Entrees were fish and chips, roasted cod and 3 orders of the Christmas roast beef, also included a side of macaroni cheese. All dishes arrived luke warm and were bland and tasteless with exception of the salt brisket. Server did not offer us another bottle of water, another bottle of wine nor did he check on whether we enjoyed our meals. We did ask why the macaroni cheese was watery and received a weak response. We have been to other Gordon Ramsay restaurants and this did not rate. One of diners noted that this meal was worthy of a Kitchen Nightmares episode. We should have complained but it was our last night in London so we just wanted to leave."

The staff was phenomenal. The food was average, especially as it was noticed that it just started the new menu. Food is missing taste. Some of us had the rib eye and there was much too much fat on it.could e a little more time. Butter Chicken Curry had no taste and the chicken felt undercooked. The menu needs work

It was a flat gourmet, we had fine food, the service was fine, and the atmosphere was missing something. It was quite clear on a cheap hotel. This is a good place to bring a group that is inopenensive and the menu is quite wide. Will this change your life? No, of course not. Will it feed you for a fair value? Sure.

6 of us went for dinner. 4 had chicken roast dinner. The chicken taste like it has been boiled and then put in the oven to finish off. Very tough and not much taste. Did complain snd.they took the dinners off the bill but expected so much more. £26 for a roast dinner is expensive and should be out of this world. 2 of us had pasta which was delicious

What a disappointment we expected Gordon Ramsey food and it was terrible. We have already eaten in several of its restaurants and you can see that the standards are not at all. The chicken wings were sown, the pizza sauce was soupy it ran off the pizza!! The rest of the food tasted moderately. The only good thing we are the cocktails and the sticky toffee pudding. I would never waste my time there again!
