Had a Uber eats delivery of Ranch Burger Mac n' Cheese. Very nice if a little small in portion size. Would still recommend it though!

The burgers are OK but very small for the money and we had toppings missing from both the types we ordered. The fries were well overcooked and again small portions. With so many good burger places to go I would look elsewhere if you want burgers. Voir le carte

These guys are the best, especially for uni students. super affordable tasty food, when delivered it 's always been on time, warm and tasty, in person they 're always kind and it 's a lovely atmosphere. Not to mention the really yummy desserts !!! They also write nice notes on the delivery bag like Enjoy Ellie! : which I think is really kind thanks guys :D

When you're in customer service the two things you should ensure is that the customer gets what they want and they get it when they want. I was expecting to wait 5 minutes for a hot dog and waited nearly 20 minutes for a small portion of fries. So I waited longer than expected and didn't get what I wanted and therefore wasn't a very happy customer. A bit of friendly advice, if you have a customer that you've failed to deliver expected standards then do what you can to make sure they leave happy. If you had offered me an upgrade to curly fries free of charge or a small scoop of ice cream for example to make up for the double inconvenience then this review would be 4 stars.
