"I rarely give such negative reviews for cafes, but I had to for this one. I know the place is new, and they are still figuring things out, but nonetheless it was a completely awful experience. We were requested to come in 15 minutes earlier in order to ensure our order was served on time. Here started the confusion, we gave our order 15 minutes after arrival and the food took 75 minutes after our order to arrive! The smoothies we ordered were 5€ a pop and were from prepacked bags from a company in Mainz (which was not clearly stated on their menu). The food was expensive for what you get, considering everything looked just store bought. All in all, I really am sorry to say that this place can't be recommended. I wish the new owners luck and hope they learn."

This is a funky café with nice atmosphere. It offers a cool place to hang out with friends. The coffee is amazing and there is a very good selection of home baked cakes

Cool place, good food and coffee. We had an interaction with two waiters. One was lovely gentle and friendly. The other one was Aggressive , Rude and NOT really helpful, she made experience really bad at the end. It’s a shame that because of her I will not go back there, for me it is part of the experience. we were here for the first time today, the environment is great and I liked the decoration very well. the staff was also very friendly. we had something to eat, but also a sweet meal. the card offers a lot of healthy and they can eat well balanced breakfast and eat. the card is very clear. I think it's a taste if you need more or less choice. we will be coming back

Avoid this Super ARROGANT restaurant! Our reservation at 12:00 noon. Arrived 10mins before that, but still being SENT OFF and asked come back again even there were plenty seats available! We asked why we can’t take other seats, the waitress responded that this is not how the system works! HORRIBLE service and treatment, they are disrespect of their customer and shouldn’t hire ppl who has no clue about service to do the job.

"we thought it was time that four years ago opened patagonia in the mainzer neustadt to test. the bus and tram connection is excellent, the parking situation is very difficult. there is an outside area at the restaurant, and the dining room is large and clear. because the guests were distributed outside and inside, the reservation about opentable would not have been necessary. so we were allowed to choose a table and were welcomed by the two ladies in the service friendly. we found a rectangle with a view of a large flatscreen, on which a diashow of pictures ran from patagonia, which first triggered television. steaks are offered in all variations, and the selection is quite difficult. we first took three empanadas with different fillings that relatiw quickly came out of the kitchen and taste very good.My wife decided in the main course for a rumpsteak of the even medium rare with grill potatoes and salad. I had previously researched the card in the internet and asked myself what a flap steak was. wikipedia helped and so I knew it was a cut that is very common in patagonia and comes very close to the us sirloin strip. I wanted to try this and ordered it **** in the bloom. I took a foil potato. both supplements were handed with the obligatory sourcream with coriander. the two supplemental salads were fresh, colourful and crisp, with the carrots also liked as a supplement. Even with critical consideration, the performance was in all respects of expectations: the services were extremely friendly and stood also in the meat selection with rat and did the side. the we chose to be perfectly met. confusingly I found the hints in the menu on the recommended per steak. these were all together and especially between medium and well done. that was not comprehensible for me because of the top quality of meat, all in all a very successful evening with a quite reasonable price-performance ratio. we like to come back to patagonia."
