Very nice place. Great waiter, very friendly…. But a bit too expensive at the end.

An amazingly special place for our Christmas 2022 lunch. Food was excellent. Servers a bit rushed but did a very nice job. I highly recommend!

The service was good, the place is wonderfull, but the meals and drinks were really expensive for what you got. It was not gastronomics meals for me.

Overall not impressed w the food. All were under seasoned the egg and fish most. Quite overpriced for what it was. Anyway a lovely venue with nice piano music

very loud unhappy piano game during the meal. half restaurant is a lounge for the hotel so much loud. Although eating and service are good, I would not recommend it here. I felt so uncomfortable that I went before a dessert.

The food was ok, I’ve had better. Nothing was outstanding. The service was stuffy; the waiters were a little too attentive and a little annoying. At one point we managed to catch one of the waiters throw his note book at college. Awkward! The room was beautiful but the food was simply good but I expected better. Also there were not many options on the menu. I’m a musician and appreciate music but the piano was too loud and repetitive.

Service was very proffecional and welcoming. The place itself is in a beautiful hotel St Regis) in a historical building, not far away from historical attractions and still less busy, which was nice. The dining hall was festive all happening just after Christmas and NY) and gorgeous. Also we highly appreciate the presentation of the dishes we took one testing menu and some a la cart. The taste of the food was simplier than we would expect however: A bit dry for our taste chiken and fish. Desert was good. Also, music was laud from time to time. So the overall feeling was that for the price we paid there could be better options in Florence.
