The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the food quality is top-notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is always cooked fresh and served nice and hot.

I visited this eatery on Monday 1st July my order was taken very promptly after sitting down. The food was served piping hot and well presented complements to the chef and the waiter excellent customer care would highly recommend and will visit again Voir le carte

Been coming here since I can remember, always amazing food and I have NEVER had a bad meal. Family run so we have always known the staff and their all lovely. Wimpy is quite expensive but worth it.I wouldn't eat in any other wimpy apart from this ones I tried once and it was awful. Would pick this over any place to eat in grays

Called in here on Saturday 13th September 2019. At 12:00 for a 'burger ' and a cuppa. The attitude of a gent whose name was Chris, was by far the best welcome I have had for a long time, from anywhere.The service and his quick attitude to my friendly abuse was both welcome and swift. Watching him serve and react to the customers was great. His manager should be very proud...... Oh and the burger was great..

Called in as i much prefer the freshly cooked food rather than the way similar chains prepare things. Clean and tidy and staff friendly, Staff was using the digi pad things to take orders yet ours for some reason tried to take the order in her head and yep, got it wrong lol. it was only a minor error but the pads are there to be used for a reason It may cost a bit more to eat here but its such better quality than what you get from other fast food chains (no names) Voir le carte

I haven't visited this restaurant in a while, and it is clear that Grays itself is in need of some investment. However, I decided to have breakfast here and I am glad I did. The service was quick, we were served drinks promptly while we made our decision. I had the full breakfast and my wife had pancakes, both dishes were well-cooked and presented nicely. The payment process was prompt and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Overall, a job well done by the staff. You definitely get what you pay for.

We are from Australia and never been to a Wimpy restaurant before. I must say the food was beautiful and served promptly. The chef came out to ask if everything was ok and we told him yes. Our wait person was a lovely young lady called Rachael Who was courteous, friendly and attentive. The reason we went there was to have lunch with my cousin who lives in Grays but we enjoyed our Wimpy experience so much that we returned the next day. Once again we were waited upon by the ever smiling Rachael. 5 stars out of 5. David Marleen from Australia.

Haven't been to a wimpy in years. As this one is in the shopping centre the cold blasts from doors open didn't happen. Order taken fairly swiftly. All the cutlery placed carefully in the middle?? Ice in a drink we'd asked not to have. And the last meal arrived at the table well after the others, we were beginning to think it wasn't coming, with a query as to whose it was. Duh! Obviously the person not yet eating. No extra sauces offered so had to catch waiting staff attention. Food was quite nice with the exception of overcooked fish fingers. Voir le carte
