"On Sunday to lunch we were lucky to get the last unbooked table. A popular pub and a magnificent courtyard garden. The service was great (with an optional 10% size, but not included in the invoice) three courses 32.50 two courses 27.00 drinks were offered inexpensive and water immediately upon arrival and seating. A busy Sunday, but the staff was attentive and remembered when to bring napkins if necessary. Overall the food was good, pudding good, the Panacota was amazing. Not to pretentious, only good food and service."

Great ambience, excellent service and a value for money festive menu. The under cover arrangements in the garden with external heaters work really well. Good selection of wine beers...Will definitely be coming back.

We were blown away from the kitchen tonight. We were a little worried because there were no pub prizes, but now we understand why. So delicious and the best meals we had in a long time. As our first nights in Bath it will be hard to beat. Voir le carte

Nice to explore this neighborhood and this charming pub. Sat outside on a Saturday at noon the farm is charming and shaded, place for approx. 20. The starters were generous portions and I made a meal from bread / olive combo and gazpacho. The Gazpacho was really excellent, cold and refreshing. Bread was served warm and the olives were in a fab seasoned marinade. Really nice lunch and friendly staff.

When visiting the area you are here several times, the food is always very good, and the staff friendly and professional. The garden is a really beautiful place. The prices are above average pub prices, but so is the food and the overall experience, food is cooked from scratch with fresh and high quality ingredients. Good selection of beer and selection on the wine list. Can be a little loud inside when busy and advised to book on weekends / busy times.
