Good location and clean store. 4 hours free parking and clean and tidy shop. Lovely staff complete the shopping trip!

Called into the cafe this afternoon and used my waitrose card for the first time. Large coffee for 20p. Lovely coffee it was as well. Staff polite and helpful. Absolutely certain more coffees will be coming my way!

Great place to do a bit of shopping and you get a free hot drink along the way which you can take away or have in the cafe. Staff in the cafe are friendly, polite and do a great job, you can also sit outside in the summer.

Waitrose is our favourite supermarket. Where else do you get free fresh ground coffee or a pot of tea and free newspapers after doing the shopping. It is always clean, the staff are always pleasant and helpful and the food and cakes are always so tempting. Voir le carte

We visit Waitrose 2 or 3 times a week for our free coffee! We always end up buying something (though not always spending much) and always have a cake or toast etc so the 'free coffee ' idea works. Its nice atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always clean and tidy.

We go to this Waitrose all the time but it's fabulous now it's been refurbished. The café now has an outside bit and the shop is much lighter and brighter and has much more stock than before. They've made lots of sitting places all over the shop where you can have coffee which is unusual and really nice.

Myself and a colleague visited for breakfast and having been charged £3.75 for an unbuttered small brown roll with one and a half bits of bacon in it plus £1.99 for a small pot of tea, I sure as hell won't be coming back here ever again. I can't believe such a place would serve food like this at that price. I realise Waitrose as a supermarket is way more expensive than the other main stream supermarkets, but the Waitrose Cafe at Towcester is just too much. Voir le carte
