"On arrival we stood for 5 minutes or so before a member of staff acknowledged us, we probably should have left at this point. We were directed to a table near the entrance which was filthy, but we were told someone would be over to wipe it and take a drinks order some 15 minutes someone arrived, we placed our drinks order, but when we asked her to wipe the table, I was clearly an inconvenience! After a few minutes more, we placed our order and were quickly served our starters, drinks still haven't arrived so a further prompt made to our server. The starters were okay, although my chicken tenders were swimming in grease. After a few minutes wait we got our mains, which visually looked stunning, the burgers were great, however the fries had been overcooked to the point they had no potato left in them. Given the poor service we ran out of time to try the deserts. We won't be back, the service hasn't improved since our last visit."

Food was very disappointing very dry was hard to swallow and when I mentioned something to the staff they got very defensive n rude would not recommend

The food was absolutely terrible, so we do not plan on coming back. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. However, the waitresses were very friendly.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. My mum, brother, and I spent 1.5 hours here and the customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for any occasion.

Fantastic family meal out with great burger and pizza options. Huge portions. Everything was delicious, hot and service was excellent. There was even a live singer on in the afternoon as it was NYE. We will definitely come again thanks.

The staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to choose our seating. They explained the menus to us and we enjoyed a starter, main course, and drink for £15. The food was delicious with generous portions. We have dined here before and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience!
