Awful service. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Just a very unpleasant dining experience overall.

I had a simple lunch. Pork Ramen and a lemonade The Ramen was huge and pretty goodThe service was averageWagamama has a definite chain feel now.

I'm gonna rate the Chicken Katsu curry as it's what I usually get. The best thing on the menu surely! I've tried the udom noodles and other rice dishes

Apprently when you go to wagamama they charge a service charge on top of your food which cannot be taken off. The staff member and manager were not able to explain why and the service was rubish. Over priced and then charge a service charge which cannot be taken off.

We love the food here, but sadly won’t be returning to the Brent Cross branch. Not enough staff serving tables which the Manager agreed with. Didn’t expect a waitress to put her hand up to me to stop me talking further, when trying to ask for water. Hopeless service, food average.

A quick visit to the shopping centre so we joined a short queue for lunch Relatively quickly shown to a table( still dont understand why the bench seats dont have backs to them for some comfort We ordered 2 chicken noodle dishes one spicy and one non spice and some dumplings the food was very freshly prepared but I struggled to find any chicken of substance in mine but my wife's was fine The dumplings arrived when we were virtually finished eating so the manageress removed the cost of them from the bill so fair play to her although we didn't eat them fine for what it is a tasty quickish refreshment

From the Brent Cross restaurant, I ordered via Deliveroo, Boxing Day at 12:00, Yaki Soba Chicken and Prawn, Duck Gyoza and Chilli Squid. Cost me over £30 and therefore is a treat. The meal was cold and the order had taken 47 minutes. The Yaki Soba was ok as could be heated in the microwave and had good flavour and was clearly freshly cooked. However, both side dishes were definitely not fresh and had probably been left from Christmas Eve. Both side dishes were hard, rubbery and was not edible. Popped in to wagamamas in Brent Cross shopping centre for a bite to eat whilst shopping, we were seated and served by a short girl called Brenda, she was really helpful and attentive. You could see she was working really hard and had a lot of tables to deal with. Food was amazing as always with my experiences at wagamamas restaurants. There is one thing I have to say, the manager was dreadful, she was called Tyna (I think I’ve spelt that correctly). We have just tried to visit Wagamama in Brent Cross. After standing at the doorway for in excess of 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any passing staff, we politely asked a passing waiter if anyone was seating people. The waiter (Marius) very rudely proceeded to roll his eyes and state “I’m not a host, we have 2 floor staff working, if you don’t want to wait you can go online and complain” we pointed out that his attitude wasn’t great and we were simply asking if anyone was seating people.
