"The decor is absolutely stunning, and the food is fantastic. The Lotus Chaat (contains gluten, milk, mustard, and wheat) is a modern twist on the classic Indian street snack, featuring crispy Eastern lotus, kale, pink daikon, and pomegranate. It's priced at £11.50. The Thai Sweet Corn Cakes (contains gluten and soya) are golden-fried corn cakes prepared in a traditional Thai style and served with sweet chili sauce; these are available for £9.50. The Butter Chicken Tikka Kofta (contains milk, mustard, gluten, eggs, and sunflower) features crispy panko-coated croquettes filled with butter chicken and cheddar, accompanied by turmeric-infused mayonnaise. Next, we have the RIB-LETS (contains gluten and soya), which are succulent short-cut lamb ribs that are slow-cooked, supposedly with star anise. Priced at £16.50, they are a must-try. The Pulled Nalli Gosht Masala Hot Dog (contains milk, gluten, sunflower, and mustard) features spiced lamb meat nestled in a hot dog bun, served with traditional piccalilli sauce for £12.50. Finally, the Duck Boti Kebab (contains mustard, sunflower, and sesame) consists of duck breast marinated in spices and cooked on skewers, served with a cherry and ginger chutney for £12.50. Overall, this place offers a delightful dining experience!"

incredible spot. FINE DINING experience. Treated like luxury from the moment you step in, food is out of this world, especially the prawns. Located just outside manchester city centre with a huge carpark where you can leave cars overnight, near the Etihad stadium for pre or post game food. Atmosphere is immaculate with lots of instagrammable spots.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Iqbal Ahmed for organizing such an incredible evening for all of us. It was truly one of the best experiences I've had, and I am definitely planning to return. Thank you for making us feel like we were not far from home, our motherland Bangladesh. This has undoubtedly become one of my favorite restaurants. The service was very professional and attentive. Vermilion has set a new standard for my culinary experiences. I truly take pride in Bangladesh. Voir le carte

The location is stunning, but the prices are quite high for what you get. The ambiance is lovely, and the staff is very friendly. The cuisine is experimental, showcasing a fusion of Pakistani and Southeast Asian flavors. While they do take some creative risks, they often don’t pay off, resulting in dishes that are merely average. Some of what we tried was enjoyable, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I wish I could rate it higher, but I feel the meals are overpriced. You end up paying nearly double what you would at an average restaurant—£20-30 for a main course and £10 for a starter. Most of the cost seems to go towards the overall experience. If you’re looking to splurge on a beautiful...

the restaurant is very nicely decorated, but eating and service do not fit to this experience. we sat as close to other people on other tables as it was fed with them. we visited pre concert and chose the concert menu. the appetiser came within minutes of ordering, there was not much for the price. the main thing we had to wait for over 45 minutes, which it was not good, and we always said it was on the way. eating when it came, average curry was really. it was obviously boiled in a huge batch as it was on the set menu, so not sure why it took so long. the service was not great. we were never asked if it was in order or if we wanted a drink. we had only koks and that was quite expensive at £...

"Alborz is a wonderful hidden gem in Levenshulme that serves a variety of Persian and Middle-Eastern food, located on Stockport Rd you could be forgiven for thinking that Alborz is as unassuming as it's humble exterior suggests. However, what lies behind those modest doors is truly fantastic restaurant both in terms of food and service. The interior is understated and tasteful, furnished with Persian vases and ornate tea sets, the tables are close together to make the most of the limited space available but this lends a refreshing communal atmosphere to your meal. The staff were friendly and attentive and more than happy to talk you through the menu and explain the various dishes. We ordered the Mezze Platter to start, this consists of four different starters, and is ideal if you're not overly familiar with Persian cuisine, the homemade hummus was a particular highlight being both fresh and tasty. We then ordered the Alborz special grill for two, which looks as wonderful as it tastes, succulent skewers of koobideh and chicken accompanied by grilled vegetables, saffron rice and a freshly baked taltoon bread which was frankly quite ridiculous in its magnificence and is so large it came supplied with its own stand. This was a true delight to eat and I can highly recommend it. After all of that, we were overloaded with food and couldn't possibly consider having dessert and so, asked for the bill, which led to true surprise of the evening, all of this wonderfully authentic and fresh food came to a grand total of £42. This reflects tremendous value in a time where a meal for two can often prove quite expensive. Overall I would say that Alborz is definitely worth visiting if you're in the area and if you're not well then it's worth making the trip for. If you're a fan of Persian food or perhaps want to try something new then you would genuinely struggle to find such a quality dining experience at this price point."
