"We reserved a lunch with Santa today, and despite the challenging circumstances, the staff did an amazing job creating a wonderful experience. They organized a lovely lunch for my 6 and 8-year-old. Santa himself was fantastic—very patient and great with the kids, especially when my 6-year-old bombarded him with endless questions! The event included a nice gift, a chance for the kids to write letters to Santa, and a party bag filled with Christmas treats to keep them entertained at the table. Our seating was conveniently located right by Santa's setup, making it great value for money. I'm so glad we booked this—it was the best Christmas experience we could have hoped for this year!"

Went today to visit father christmas with our 4 young boys. Was absolutely great. Everyone had such a nice time. It was very chilled out. We didn't feel rushed and Father Christmas and the staff were great. Highly recommend for children under 10. Voir le carte

We visited today for the Santa experience and lunch, and it was absolutely amazing! The kids loved it; the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. We didn’t feel rushed at all, which is often the case with many grottos. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Thank you for a wonderful Christmas lunch with Santa today! The kids were absolutely amazed that Santa knew their names as soon as he arrived, and that their gifts were personalized too. We had the best seats in the house, right next to Santa in his sleigh. The activity bags on the tables for the children were perfect, and the gifts Santa gave them were thoughtful and age-appropriate—my son loved the science kit, and my daughter was thrilled with the water coloring book. We arrived around noon, and it was lovely and quiet. By the time we left at 2 PM, it had gotten a bit busier, but it was well managed. As always, the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend this experience!
