"I have eaten here about 6 times from May through to the end of August. I was encouraged to go there by one of my colleagues in the Wiesbaden office of the firm I have been working with. So I went with the apparent swell of popularity. Fast Italian themed food, an interesting idea. First visit, I had a creamy king prawn tagliatelle. The prawns were cooked on the high heat wok for about 6 minutes rendering them almost bullet proof and tasteless. The pasta was over cooked by about double its time, and the eventual meal was, frankly, inedible. The next visit I had a pizza. A calzone. It was served with the dough completely raw on the base, so they prepared another that was barely cooked. Appalling. Especially when you have what looks like a decent pizza oven. Visit 3. I talked to a cook (there are no chefs working here, just a bunch of guys trained on the job) who seemed to understand I had standards when it comes to paying for a cooked meal, and he made a pretty good job of a beef and red wine sauce cooked to my liking. Visit 4. After a really long day in the office, another attempt at the creamy prawn pasta. I told the cook to stop cooking the prawns after about a minute and a half, and they were reheated at the end of cooking in th sauce. Pasta was again massively over cooked. So good sauce ruined by simple mistake. Final visit, with the colleague who introduced me to the Restaurant. I introduced him to the steak & wine recipe. Cook asked if we wanted our meat medium well, or well done. I said rare. He made a joke with his colleagues behind the counter. Then overcooked some tagliatelle more than any other cook so far. When the pasta hit the sauce, it turned into a solid, congealed inedible mass. I will never revisit this place."
