It is very well situated at Posdamen platz with tables outside to catch passing trade. Has a good variety of soft and alcohoolic drinks, great looking desserts.

Confusing. You go to the labeled line and they say they cannot serve you and was redirected to a much longer line. We went twice. The first time waited over 45 min and left. The second took over 30 and it was not busy at all. The food was average at best. Save your time and money!

Been to many Vapianos around Europe, never have we witnessed such rude and slow service elsewhere. The place was busy, but that's still not a reason to yell at customers. We mentioned it to the manager, he didn't seem to care. Salads were not as good as we've had at other Vapianos.

It was a Sunday, it was crowded with long waiting lines. But the food was GOOD.. nice chefs and variety of options are available.. They have a different way to order food but it was not complicated to do .. waiters are nice .. nice uplifting decor and amazing views from above !A bit hot and not well ventilated..

Despites the 45minutes waiting in a queue to deliver my order the pasta was amazing.i tried a bolognaise which was delicious and an amatriciana which was also very tasty. All pasta is cooked in front of you in a totally open kitchen. The Caesar salad was also big and delicious.highly recommended but not in a rash hour

Vapiano is an Italian-style fast-food franchise with branches all over Germany. The food is prepared on the spot with different counters for different sorts of food. Food quality is OK, the pizza is quite greasy and soggy.Given the amount of people at this location, the branch on Potsdamer Platz is much too small, leaving not enough room for people to queue at the counters. It takes quite a lot of time for food being cooked.
