"As someone who typically enjoys meat, it was a challenge to review a high-end vegetarian restaurant. However, we decided to give it a try for a change from our usual Indian or Lebanese vegetarian options. We were pleasantly surprised by the experimental dishes, although not everything was a hit. The Jerusalem Artichoke starter was fantastic, even though I usually don't like artichokes. On the other hand, the beetroot starter was disappointing, being overly sweet with no savory elements. The mains were just okay, nothing extraordinary. The slow-cooked egg was decent but small, while the barley starter had a good texture but was a bit strange. The shitake mushroom main was tasty but could have used a sauce. The desserts were outstanding, with the brownie and coconut desserts being especially delicious. The cocktails were also impressive, with the apple and elderflower with gin standing out as one of the best I've had. The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall, it was a great experience, although we may not necessarily return for the mains. However, we would definitely come back for the starters and desserts."

superb vegan eating! visually appealing and incredibly charming. the curcuma cake was exquisite we enjoyed a glass English sparkling and 3 cursor meals from the lunch menu about £40 each. highly recommended!

simply the best vegetarian meal I had in london! wonderful selection a la carte as well as 2 tasting menus (a vegetarian and a vegan.) great personal and good value (although the white wine started with 60 pfunds per bottle).

A hugely disappointing meal much of it bordering, literally, on inedibel. Mad combinations of seemingly disperate and utterly mismatched elements. I got the feeling they were trying to go for a 'Heston Blumenthal ' style inventiveness, but this resulted in unhinged dishes of tasteless strangeness! The wine flight was very average too.
