"perfect location to stay in barcelona. many restaurants and bars in the surroundings. near the bus stop and underground stations. the customer service at the reception is amazing, rooms and bathrooms are of decent size. in the room there is a small fridge/bar, coffee and tea available. the part was cleanliness. into the room there was immaculate, clean and tidy, but when I saw under the bed there was thick dirt/dust on the floor. Of course no one clears the floor under the bed. We wanted the room to be cleaned the next day before we went for a tour, but back night and room still not clean. they cleaned the room the next day and because we came back to the hotel before midnight, we did not want to check if the floor under the bed was properly cleaned. we checked the lunchtime and totally forgotten. hopefully, the watcher will check the cleanliness of every room, especially the area that is not visible to the eyes. otherwise good location and worth for money. Destacar sobre todo la amabilidad del personal. Ubicación excelente, y un desayuno buffet muy correcto. Aunque... no hay escobilla en el WC! We arrived from our cruise at 7 am to check in and drop off our luggage so that we could explore the city a bit, . because our check in wasn’t till 4pM . We had to pay 6 Euro , 2 Euro per locker since they only held 1 piece of luggage . We then asked if we could have coffee in their hotel restaurant but we would need to pay which we had no problem with . However the receptionist then changed her mind and told us we would need to purchase our coffee outside . Poor customer service !!!
