Excellent dishes, served and prepared with great care. The pasta carbonara with truffle was perfectly seasoned and a real flavor bomb! The warm cheesecake with salted caramel was also a discovery. More than just a place in the sun. 38 euros for two (TWO) pappardelle with meat sauce (nothing special and salty), raviolotti with truffle also good but always 5 or 6, water for one for two. Told the waitress that it was not even the delicacy of offering a coffee. All this while waiting 45 minutes (FOR TWO FIRST STARTS), aesthetically pleasing, but frankly not. AN HOUR AND A HALF OF WAITING..... After various ridiculous excuses today is the last day before the holidays...sorry or we have another restaurant.. we ESCAPED...thank goodness that even though it was 3pm we found a REAL TUSCAN restaurant further along .. as a Sicilian I advise you to throw yourself into the pizzas which are quicker to make... at least hopefully you know how to make them since you are Neapolitan . INADEQUATE, FRAUDULENT The mushrooms aren 't there... and then the next table had a mushroom dish and above all UNEDUCATE since you can 't make non-existent excuses... they made a better impression by telling us at 1.30pm that they had problems to make us eat... TO AVOID!
