"The food in the Udum is really very good, especially the sauces are outstanding. There you can experience Vietnamese cuisine at a high level, which stands out from comparable restaurants in the city. The presentation of the dishes is also very good. Edit: During another visit I was not really satisfied with my chosen bowl with Tempeh. But the dishes of my accompaniments were super tasty simply not so well chosen by me. Nevertheless, I was somewhat disappointed. The restaurant has plenty of access and without reservation you have to bring some luck to get a place. The interior is very harmonious and actually offers everything to fall and stay longer. What has disturbed me, but certainly not to avoid, is that as a guest you also get some of the hectic/stress of the service staff and some of them themselves stay less long than they actually would. Not to be misunderstood: The staff is very accommodating, trying to offer all guests a place in the restaurant, pick up orders very quickly and conscientiously and the dishes are quickly brought to the table. But around the tables the waiters whistle: I feel a little under pressure. Finally, the impression at another time of the day should be another. The Udum is a clear recommendation. Was here twice in no time, just because it's super tasty. This is why it is best to reserve, because here the shop is called under the week. This is sushi! So absolutely recommended.

Rein veganes Restaurant, große Auswahl, sehr leckeres Essen. Große Getränkeauswahl, Speisen kreativ und außergewöhnlich. Preis-Leistung gut. Das Restaurant nutzt allerdings jeden Platz, dadurch etwas ungemütlich.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Einrichtung, sehr aufmerksames Personal und Essen sowie Getränke kamen sehr schnell, obwohl fast jeder Tisch belegt war. Die Asian Fusion Tapas sind lecker und es sind interessante Kreationen dabei. Von der Größe her so, dass man 3 Stück locker schafft und somit verschiedenes probieren kann. Da es so schnell geht kann man auch immer noch nachbestellen :
