nice eating, good service, can't blame four of us had a great meal, cheap and brilliant service. we would highly recommend and if we returned to glasgow in any case.

During my Kelvingrove museum trawl, I spied the menu at Two Fat Ladies and was already sold on returning there, happy they could seat me upon opening at 5:30. The restaurant was warm and inviting, painted in lush golden yellow tones with a frieze surround

Perfect. Perfect. Yes, absolutely perfect. Fish cooked to perfection and proof that alcohol is not just an independant indulgence but that it complements food. Even the desert ending was perfection. I feel sorry for others who rated this as not liking it, what misfortune. Very highly recommend.

really outstanding. my first time back since it was renovated, and wow it was renovated, the decor is lavish, with a sexy new feeling at the place that was eating, as always really excellent. the scallops were sweet, juicy and super fresh, the crispy speck and smoked braut sauce filled them immensley. the personal was wonderfully attentive without being in your face. the entire round experience is worth a visit. the first time in this tfl. the slender has a good call and if they walk in this cozy (inteen) venue, they can be forgiven to lower their expectations. fear not if they love seafood and not on the look for pretentious twists, then they will love it. the only cook is in full view and creates these dishes for a complete restaurant, which looks like a local cook in a tiny room - she has a poor of eleven helpers hiding in the cabinets! if they are somewhere near the dumbarton road, they go here.

with a lot last minute available on Friday even if you feel something comprehending, you could be justified. but when entering the resturaunt, the new decoration transforms the small slim ice cream into a very comfortable almost striking through space. when opening the menu they can learn how ethically two fat ladies are to buy sustainable fishing, our waitress informed us that it will soon be served 100% of all fish. the menu was diverse and everything well thought out, I would have been happy with everything, but decided on the blue cheese package, followed by seabass with arbroath smokie kartoffel cake. the package was an interesting Wee starter, although I...read more

Back in business after a burst pipe in the tenement above wrecked the interior of this tiny restaurant in the winter 2009/2010, Two Fat Ladies is an absolute must-do on Glasgow's restaurant circuit The cosy space has be re-fitted with some horrific chiffon furnishings, but once you're seated you'll thankfully not notice them.
