"Seated in the bar area and while we were looking at the menu loads of people (about ten were sent here to wait. They were all banging into our table and it was very uncomfortable. After they left we realised we had been waiting 40 mins for food so asked the manager where it was. She went off and returned saying it would be five minutes. Ten minutes later still no food so asked a young waitress again. About a minute later the manager (maybe owner was heard very loudly saying. ITS ON ITS WAY, I TOLD HER FIVE MINUTES, OH DEAR IT MAY HAVE BEEN SIX. I was utterly disgusted and embarrassed. On top of this both meals were dry so we asked for more sauce and were charged £2.50 each for a thimble of extra sauce which should have been on the plate in the first place. Additionally the same rude woman advised us that their system automatically adds 10% and they couldn’t do anything about it (they definitely can but we could take it off if we liked. We asked for it to be removed and were huffed at with more loud insults heard on our way out. This woman is arrogant and rude (although she apparently will give your dog free chicken so she must be ok really! will never go back"

"Would not go there never again .I have been there before for a small fish and chips £5 30 pence .However the young girl serving was insisting that I now MUST have a drink with my small fish order .I explained very nicely to her ,no thank you ,I dont want a drink with my order. But she insisted and persisted that I must have a drink with my small fish and chips order .Then she told me that will be £7 75:pence, i told her you have done a mistake it was only £5 and 30 pence last week .She then said it's still £7 and 75 pence ,without the drink .I told her I'm not willing to pay for something i dont want ,she still insisted that i pay the full amount with or without a drink .I refused and walked out .So it's a scam to hike the price up from £5 and 30 pence, to £7 and 75 pence for the same meal but with a can of orange or a bottle of water.So work it out how can they insist that you have a drink with a small fish order ,and call it a meal deal .And hike the price up from £5 and 30 pence ,to £7 pound and 75 pence .That means that one CAN of POP on top of the small fish meal has cost £2 POUND AND 45 PENCE EXTRA .WONT BE GOWING THERE NEVER ."

"As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were greeted warmly and welcomed. Lovely feel surrounding the whole restaurant. The owner came and explained the menu and recommended a few options. We chose the whitebait and crab tartlet. The pastry was freshly made by the chef that morning which incidentally is the wife and co owner of Twnti . Mains were amazing we ordered Trio of fish which was outstanding and the King Scollops were perfect. The atmosphere was so friendly and the owner was so friendly and made us feel really welcome . This is a gem of a restaurant and one for sure we will be returning to. Thank you both for such a wonderful night of perfect food."

"Very very friendly made you feel at home Food service absolutely amazing first class you must go see for yourself also dogs are welcome they have a sweet shop it's like sweetie heaven home made fudge in all flavours lovely clean breakfast, brunch the omelette's are mouth watering best we have ever had truly. Thankyou very much for your hospitality we will be back soon for the 4th time so make sure you pop in it's fab .Thankyou Mr Mrs Garland. Ruthin x."
