Tse Yang - Carte

Courteous attentive personnel, really delicious, tasty Chinese food, lovely views. Can get quite full at peak times but alright during the day normally. Ate there numerous times during the 3 times we've been to Geneva 2013-16. Highly recommend, but bear in mind it is pricey.

To be fair I have dined here before around 18mths ago, but happily the same excellent food and service has remained. Great location next to Kempinski hotel. Excellent menu, and food well presented Also a great wine list. Tip: Aromatic Crispy Duck with a glass of Sancerre! Highly recommended

Tried this asian restaurant with friends.The food is average, but the prices are for gastronomic restaurant. I would rather pay price for something worth it. It seems that the bill is usually for helping them renting!The staff is arodable and caring, and the view is wonderful.But its not worth it to come back,specially that the food isnt exeptional. My wife and I ordered the Beijing full menu consisting of 8 courses or something. This was one of the most amazing culinary experiences we had. The food was exceptional as the view over Lake Geneva. Our waiter was kind enough to get us into a lookout table after another party. We lived in San Francisco Bay Area for almost 40 years and that was the best Chinese food we ever had. Recommend the Beijing Multi-course menu.

Rien à voir avec le Tse Yang !Cuisine quelconque et prix exorbitant... On nous a servi du réchauffé pour un menu à 75 FS 9 FS la 1/2 eau gazeuse... et la salade de fruits etait passée... certes vous avez la vue mais à ce prix les plats doivent être très bon !A noté que j'avais l'habitude d'aller au Tse Yang 1 fois par an c'était cher mais délicieux... Mais là, en plus ce n'est pas très propre et la tenue des serveurs laisse à désirer...Je déconseil fortement

Food is rather average with overpriced menue.Staff is simply horrible. They mix up tables at a regular bases - no excuses of course.Interior design is nice / chinese, view is very nice (if you get a table on the window) - the menu is rather standard, the first challenge is to get the waiter's attention and to make him understand (now he is not chinese, he is french - probably) what you want.In short: one of those restaurants where you get the impression that you are not a guest but an intruder who bothers the staff.Sad. The reception was warm, as always, and after a morning of some medical interventions it was good to come for lunch at this number one of Chinese restaurants in Geneva.Peking, hot and sour soup, steamed dumpling and spring and autumn rolls got us of on a good start. This was followed by Sechuan beef and Singapore noodles. All accompanied by Yasmin tea. So this weekend we went on a rush trip to this restaurant. It was already 10.20 and because in switzerland everything closes early it was a bit to late. Anyway, they served us. The portuguese room chief was very good. In terms of food, we chose a pre selected menu with soup, entried fish chicken and beef. Tje desert was an amazing icecream with a toppong fruit salad. They also broight us chocolat and caramelized nuts. The coffee was possible with several sugary options and the sercive was very good. That was our last night in Geneva. The staff is very slow to take our order. A dish Sesame chicken toast came with a big black hair on the top! When we made the staff aware of this, a replacement dish came in, at which place the original dish was completely put on the table with hair! Service very slow, overpriced menu for mediocre food. When we left and forwarded our dissatisfaction to the appalling service, the manager said “that is the Chinese way”! They weren't remotely worried. On a table nearby there was a dog on his owner lap food from the table. We won't be happy. In my opinion, you avoid all costs. While the Grill Restaurant is also a top class in Hotel Fairmont.
