Tse Yang - Menu

First class Chinese food served by nice and attentive staff. The Sichuan beef was excellent. A pleasant discovery hidden in an ugly hotel….

We came to dinner. The decor was very nice, the food was met and miss somthing where amazing other things not so much. However good service and beautiful beer

The team where very good, the dimming sum is amazing, but the value for money is ridiculous. The mapo tofu needs spices (which can be added) nothing else and the fish was cold. BUT SECURITY Order You the duck not very about price .

To be fair I have dined here before around 18mths ago, but happily the same excellent food and service has remained. Great location next to Kempinski hotel. Excellent menu, and food well presented Also a great wine list. Tip: Aromatic Crispy Duck with a glass of Sancerre! Highly recommended

Great location in a 5 star hotel high expectations. None was met service average, waiters not really professional, food less than average, Peking duck and ‘crepes’ were a joke... really not tasty at all. If you want to go for a great Chinese in Geneva, go directly to Tse Fung a la Reserve. That has a delicious cuisine, pricy but Roth every single penny. Not ready to go back to Lou One.

My wife and I ordered the Beijing full menu consisting of 8 courses or something. This was one of the most amazing culinary experiences we had. The food was exceptional as the view over Lake Geneva. Our waiter was kind enough to get us into a lookout table after another party. We lived in San Francisco Bay Area for almost 40 years and that was the best Chinese food we ever had. Recommend the Beijing Multi-course menu.

Rien à voir avec le Tse Yang !Cuisine quelconque et prix exorbitant... On nous a servi du réchauffé pour un menu à 75 FS 9 FS la 1/2 eau gazeuse... et la salade de fruits etait passée... certes vous avez la vue mais à ce prix les plats doivent être très bon !A noté que j'avais l'habitude d'aller au Tse Yang 1 fois par an c'était cher mais délicieux... Mais là, en plus ce n'est pas très propre et la tenue des serveurs laisse à désirer...Je déconseil fortement

That was our last night in Geneva. The staff is very slow to take our order. A dish Sesame chicken toast came with a big black hair on the top! When we made the staff aware of this, a replacement dish came in, at which place the original dish was completely put on the table with hair! Service very slow, overpriced menu for mediocre food. When we left and forwarded our dissatisfaction to the appalling service, the manager said “that is the Chinese way”! They weren't remotely worried. On a table nearby there was a dog on his owner lap food from the table. We won't be happy. In my opinion, you avoid all costs. While the Grill Restaurant is also a top class in Hotel Fairmont. Good meal with great views of the lake. We stopped here for a late night meal as it was a short walk from our hotel. This restaurant has been around for a long time based on our talks with the waiter and is a fairly well known place for high end Chinese food in Geneva. Take that as you will. The location offers great views of the lake and the service was prompt if a bit stiff. Could be a swiss thing though. The food itself was very good and fairly authentic but somewhat unmemorable. I honestly would need to go through the pictures to see what we had but since they're on my GF's phone I'm not going to take the time.
