"overnight in leeds and decided to pay here too breakfast, instead of the quotes in the hotel. I've been to a toby carvery before and knew what to expect. beautiful staff to book us. in this sector there was no great choice. no tomato or even rührei. the toaster was so low turned off that she had to put her brot through x2, for it would resemble toast. a metal plate was placed over the top of the ciffers so that they could not adjust the browning. Apart from that, the place was clean and the staff was very helpful."

Excellent place. Carvery always good and hot, not like some other local places. Even get you a window table if you ask nice or ring up and book. Highly recommended.

We absolutely love that they can handle our large family celebrations every time. Nothing we request seems to be a problem for them; they are always kind and friendly. As always, the food is fantastic and plentiful. Highly recommended!

My husband, daughter, and two granddaughters dined here, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to assist my daughter, who is blind, ensuring she was seated at a table that allowed her easy access to both the carvery and the restrooms.

visited here last night with my family and had a beautiful vegan “allotment pie”. they were almost closed and they still offered me to make a separate vegan maische and a new pot engraving. (helps you the cave) delicious food and unlimited veg (cavery) all for over £7! very happy.

I love the buffet! there is a vegan section on the menu. I ordered the mushroom and the Ale Pie that was great. the vegan sausage roll and the vegan allotment pipe were sold out. I loved the vegan bratkartoffels, the sweet, the vegan gravy and the cranberry sauce. the vegan apple cake with soy-cutard is also beautiful

I had a fantastic Sunday lunch at this restaurant and couldn’t find any faults with the service or the food. I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed my first experience at a Toby Carvery. Thank you for making the birthday celebration a memorable one—I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends.

had a fleshy lunch, meat was nice, we had truthahn, ham and bark all well cooked, the truthahn was really good. good selection of vegetables and meals was enjoyed. the drink and the minipud is great for the smaller appitite. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only thing we noticed was the website inside and outside is tired to look overall, although good value.

love that we can just rock here enjoy a fully vegan carvery. the whole vege now uses vegan butter. including the maic. so they can now fill, maic, bratkartoffeln (just make sure they do not pick up bark drops, draught, carrots and other veg options. they cannot get the cauliflower cheese, mac and cheese (bizarre anyway), creamy lauch and obvsshire pudding. but all you can!

"My wife and I had dinner at Coraima this evening whilst staying in Wakefield and what a delightful restaurant it is. The simple and authentically decor provides an instant relaxed atmosphere. We started with drinks. I had a Telba (a cold drink made with ground flax seeds) and my wife had a Beso (a cold, slightly sweet roasted barley drink). Both were delicious. For starters we shared a Beetroot Salad. It was very fresh with a delicately flavoured vinegar type dressing. As neither of us had had Abyssinian cuisine before, we decided to go for the 'Combination dish for two ' to give us an overall taster of their menu. A large round slate plate arrived with nine perfectly neat individual dishes sat on an injera (a slightly sour flat bread made from teff flour) with a further six neatly rolled injeras and four small chickpea flat breads. Every dish was very well spiced and made with care. Delightful and moreish. By the time we had eaten the whole plate we were nicely full but it did not feel heavy. We rounded the evening with hot drinks of a Shay (a North African spiced tea) and an Abyssinian coffee. The coffee (and popcorn) is not cheep at £9.95, however, this is by far the best coffee I 've ever tasted and a must for any coffee lover. We were informed that they roast the beans with spices in-house. Another sign of their dedication to present an authentic experience delivered with passion. Thoroughly recommended. Some additional information: 1. The restaurant is vegetarian and gluten free. 2. We had to pay a £20 no-show deposit when making the online table booking the day before, although, this has become, understandably, quite common for independent restaurants."
