"the place is elegant on its own wise, with the right care on design and space. the waiters were always nice and friendly. this is a good start in the rule. I also appreciated the short menu (long menus are usually a bad sign.) the main problem was eating; the lachs was boiled and the presentation was not pleasant (sometimes less is more) the pasta was a complete catastrophe: false recipe, false art of pasta and laid away. and above on pasta, an art salat, that is a multiple error; even if we try to ignore the fact that in Italy no one in the same plate pasta and salat, the heat of pasta partially boiled the sweet, give a bitter taste and lose texture. for the conclusion it was served in the wrong style of the taste (there is a technical reason why this dish should not be used for this type of pasta.) the desserts were tasteless, and with too much sugar it was even worse. I can see there is an effort to offer something else, and I can appreciate the inspiration for a higher level of the restaurant, but they can't afford it if they don't manage the basis. about the price; if they managed to prepare these dishes properly, the price could be correct, but with this current level of quality sounded exactly as pretentious. in this case, I am really sorry to give lower rates because I see the engagement with something good, and I want to reward it, but I cannot ignore what we have served."

"I have been a blue door regularly for a while have always found the food to be delicious, the personal excellent, and the general feeling of being very friendly. yes, it may sometimes be busy, so they may have to wait a bit longer, but this is just a test for its popularity at least there is free Wi-Fi while away the extra minutes! my favorite is the ranch burger, no cheese, with added jalapenos. the combination of bark meat patty with cool creamy soße salat, plus the heat crack of jalapenos is just an excellent blend of arome, textures cing! the most recent addition of waffeln to the sweet menu is most welcome, and its impressive selection of milkshakes and other hot cold drinks means that they find unlikely something that does not quench their thirst. all in all a great bee eatery."

"Visited last night with a group of friends. Food was lovely but the service massively let the whole experience down. We were made aware when booking table slots were for 2 hours which we were all happy with. Unfortunately even with almost half an hour...left we were not offered any puddings and with 20 minutes left of our allotted time a waitress set the bill on the table and walked away. She returned a few minutes later to collect payment and again with more than 10 minutes left we assumed we could finish up our drinks we still had. Instead we were told we needed to hurry and finish as the next group were waiting in the doorway to be seated, all while another waitress began clearing out table as we were still finishing up. If there is a 2 hour time slot we expected to actually have the 2 hours and not be rushed out 10 minutes early to allow the table to be reset. Instead maybe time should be allocated to allow some time between tables instead of having the next group spectating as we rushed to get finished and ready to leave. Spoke to others who had a similar experience and felt left down by the abrupt attitude they faced. Extremely disappointing and seems to be a common complaint from many who have experienced the same"

"Stayed here on our first night on our road trip from John o' Groats to Lands End. Really great location right on the harbour and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the public bar which was excellent and good value. The room was clean and tidy but a little dated and in need of some TLC but thats represented by the cost. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and again the staff were first class. Will visit again for sure"
