"7 of us went to the 60th of my man and had an amazing evening. the service was absolutely excellent, from the moment we came in contact with the restaurant to book until the taxi at the end. my sister is in a wheelchair, but they went out of the way to make sure they get up and down the stages and sent photos from the steps before. it was good for them that they smacked the children's menu. they knew who we were and greeted us as soon as we arrived, and the person I went to book was imagined. there was always someone when we needed something, but they were not intrusive and left us to eat alone. eating was amazing and unique. they ran out of veggie, so they sent someone to get more for my daughter, and let us know that there could be a delay (which there was hardly any). the service was friendly and funny. we wondered when we went in, how easy it was to get a taxi as they are pretty remote, and they ordered us one with perfect timing. the best eating and the experience I had for many years, possibly ever."

SO disappointed....we love this pub! Menu quite uninspiring...satay sauce replaced by green thai sauce that tasted of nothing! Noise from kitchen radio and staff very loud. Burger buns rock solid, and burger very plain.

What a lovely pub and restaurant! I had one of the most exquisite Sunday roasts I've ever tasted, and the honey dishes were truly exceptional. The warm welcome and friendly staff made the experience even better. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Voir le carte

we made a family dinner last week. this pub has a really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. the quality of the food was very good with an excellently presented Sunday roast and a beautiful selection of appetizers. will definitely go back in the near future.

Went for an impromptu Sunday lunch ! Nothing short of spectacular, Bex, Nick and the chefs are personable and the real meaning of a local village pub, food was freshly cooked and delicious.. well worth going off the track to find this Gem… we will be back, Mark and Becs

I thought the meal was quite good overall, but there were a few aspects that didn't meet my expectations. I wasn't a fan of the beetroot side, and the engraving just didn't taste as delightful as it usually does. However, aside from those points, I found everything else to be enjoyable. Voir le carte

Three items on the menu were unavailable. The Thai crab starter was overly salty. Additionally, although the kitchen indicated that the food was ready, it wasn't picked up by the waitstaff. Mustard was left in the kitchen and only brought to the table when we asked for it. Overall, it was an expensive but disappointing experience.

Fantastic Sunday roast with friends at this gorgeous country pub. Bex was our host and she was fantastic as always! Customer service from all the staff was wonderful. Food was high quality and would definitely recommend the roast beef and salted caramel cheesecake. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you White Hart team.
