A lady duly ran out and shouted that they had a table and we went in. Had a lovely cream tea in a cafe where time has stood still. Well worth a visit"

We made a quick stop at this restaurant for breakfast during our time in Derbyshire. We also ordered toast and soup, which we enjoyed.

Super friendly tea rooms in the heart of Buxton. Real China tea cups, sugar bowls and milk jugs, makes a nice change! Incorporates a lovely gift shop, with lots of unusual interesting items( don’t forget to check out the basement Voir le carte

Brought my friend from Ipswich in for coffee and cake. It was delicious. Coffee was just right and cake was amazing. Definitely don’t skimp on portions . The decor is lovely and the little shop is great for unusual gifts. Will definitely revisit.

Not great service. Visited yesterday. Ordered a cappuccino and a tea after not being acknowledged for far too long waiting patiently no customers at counter. Head lady said £8.30 me puzzled then oops no £5.30 ok better and advised we were sitting outside. Waited and waited
