"Poor customer service in Turners today. Ordered two vodkas with slimline tonic costing over £11.00. They were both disgusting. The tonic did not taste or smell normal. Took the drinks back to the bar and was told there was nothing wrong with the tonic machine. Went back again to request the drinks are changed and was refused. Very disappointing."

We always pop in the Turners Mill when we are visiting family in Redcar. It’s always a friendly atmosphere and great service.

Sunday dinner 10/10 absolutely fantastic. Big portions, tender meat and a good selection of roast vegetables. Good atmosphere with modern pop music and good furniture. Served by Jessica with a smile. And cooked by Earl and Phoebe.

Took a couple of friends for a bite and a pint. Had a Sunday roast and as always I was very impressed with the food and the service. A great experience as always. It has become My Go to place and never fails to leave Me Happy. Great staff, good food and fair prices. Happy atmosphere and very welcoming.

we came here for our work christmas meal and the food was delicious, the chef earl couldn’t do enough for us! he kept coming out and checking if we were all ok or needed anything! nothing was too much for him, he really was such a lovely guy! he made my night and i’m sure my colleagues all thought the same . i’ll definitely be going back again!
