I tried the Thai sweet vegan pasty and vegan sausage rolls from this seaside takeaway spot. Both items were a generous size and had delicious flavors. The staff was also very friendly.

However, the waitress told me that the cafe next door, Surfs Up, offered dairy-free milk alternatives. I decided to stop by and get a latte there. Unfortunately, they were out of oat milk when I visited, but the soya latte I got was still delicious.

I’m there a few times a week for a Steak and Henderson’s pie (best pie in the universe) and tried the Steak and Stilton special edition pasty yesterday. Absolutely stunning! Perfect saltiness from the Stilton with quality chunks of steak and traditional veg.

One downside was the lack of dairy-free milk during my visit, prompting me to go next door to Surfs-up for vegan options.
