"My birthday meal. It was a treat for me, we dont usually spend a lot on meals out. I was not dissapointed. Absolutely beautiful. Every aspect of our visit was perfect. Service was top notch, I think our server was called Ben with brown hair but not positive. It became extremely busy from 630 so we were glad we booked early (530) so we could see it both quiet and busy. All the food was impecable, could not fault it. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I dont walk well and our server even checked I was ok when I went to the toilet, which was so kind considering how busy he was. Just a quick nod to ask I was ok. I ordered the mushrooms to start which tasted gorgeous, then the sirloin steak with scollops and chunky chips, peppercorn sauce. Meat was so tender! Melts in the mouth. Partner had halloumi to start, tasty! And the tomohawk steak which was meant to be 35oz but our server said we actually ended up with a 40oz and it was £10 off tonight wow! So tasty and was so good having that option to cook it further if needed on the hot stone. It says online that eating food cooked on the hot stones can bring calm and tranquility, and we really believe this to be true. We felt so good all night. Usually eating this amount of food we come away feeling over full and ready for bed. We felt so good, we even went to the showboat after for a few drinks, usually I would be ready for home after a big meal. The dessert was delicious. Creme brulee and partner got a cheese board. The only thing I would say is that the table for 2 could have a bit more space on it because I did get a few spits of butter on my arm from when I was cooking my steak on the stone. To be expected, but could be avoided if table was bigger for all items required on the table. Such a good night and we will definately be returning and recommending this place to everyone. Omg!! Best birthday ever!! Great food, fantastic, friendly staff. Amazing service. I would 100% recommend this beautiful restaurant on the seafront to anyone who likes great food and an awesome atmosphere.

Adam and Emily looked after 5 of us on a Friday evening and we had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, quick, fresh and tasty. Both Adam and Emily made it fun and they explained how everything worked!

Was absolutely dying for some lobster what a shame so disappointed more stuck in my teeth than i ate i would change your Supplier the Staff was lovely but i was starving when i got home good job i didnt have far to go had a bar of Cadburys whole nut and a cup of tea haha

A warm welcome when entering Shown to our table Calamari and pate were superb We went exotic with kangaroo and buffalo both cuts were beautiful! All the trimmings veg onion rings pepper sauce Only one slight hiccup??? Flat mushroom was actually a small button mushroom? Will be returning as it’s always a pleasure

When your nearly paying £250 between 4 of you I would expect the food to be top notch but not on this occasion the starters and mains were both average and meat tasted cheap might of been an off occasion for the chef but for what you pay the portion sizes are tiny unfortunately I won’t be returning and I’ll stick to miller+cater for a steak next time.

Beautifully decorated, superb menu and very friendly, attentive staff. The menu was excellent and the quality of the meat was excellent…better than Goucho and other high-end London restaurants. Cocktails menu was good and the service was the best I’ve had for a long time. Only negative is they should consider putting spinach on the menu. Other than that…perfect!

I went with my wife for valentines they were advertising a free glass of prosecco on arrival we never received it when we received our bill it was wrong they had to give us a 32 pound refund but did not explain why the bill was so high I was quite shifty about it, the food was ok or having to cook your own steak on a stone was not my cup of tea. and we won't be going back there again
