"We had a great meal just before Christmas, so we returned with family. We were disappointed to find that the menu was pretty much the same. We had hoped that such a short menu would change regularly. The smoked fish starter was still good, but the curried vegetables were a letdown. We will wait a while before returning and hope for some variety."

Popped in for lunch at prime time on a Saturday all lunch tables were occupied. We had a toddler with us, and the staff were very attentive and helpful with her. The food was delicious truffle parmesan chips were excellent. Voir le carte

The beef cheeks melt in your mouth and the buttery mash, alongside a hearty jus were a delight we will be coming back again purely based on this dish! Loved the down to earth rural pub vibe mixed with a well considered, well executed British foodie menu. Highly recommend.

The food was well cooked and nicely presented. However the menu was a bit limited and when the food came it was not very hot. Unfortunately served onto Luke warm plates it went cold vey quickly. However quality was good and with more attention to the temperature of both the food and plates this could be a very goof restaurant.
