"the red lion is a fantastic pub in amblecote. the decor is contemporary, but still retains a relaxed, kozy atmosphere. it has a large team of employees who are both pleasant and efficient. there are always many of them in the service aswell, so they're not waiting for the old supply also to busy times! they make a selection of bar meals/snacks burgers,babs, chips scotch eier etc. who are always fresh and taste beautiful! this pub has a great atmosphere and seems to have re-examined the essence of the pubs, as in the good old days, which shows in the many numbers of people that it is attracted by teenagers to come to rest! would recommend a visit!"

fabulous atmostphere for the Quiz. Loved our food before 30% off as we booked. Staff fantastic Chip Butty for half time re Quiz superb.

Brilliant food we had the beef cobs with salad and chips share box would love to kno how they did the chips they were amazing we had our own booth with heater in case we were cool what more could you ask for lovely chilled time with family x

fab pub. great atmosphere. eat nice. would recommend, huh tikka wrap with home made chips. £4. for Christmas singing together with Christmas jumpers. great fun! good beer garden. pity that the marquee had to come, finger crossed for a dry summer

Nice friendly pub. Decent seating inside and out. Good range of beers, ciders, lagers and other drinks at not silly prices. Range of burgers and sandwiches available as well as bar snacks. Can get busy at times, occasional events, bands, quiz nights etc. Well worth checking out if you don't know it.
