"We had to wait for over an hour for our reserved table, which was not ideal as my elderly parents in their mid-eighties had nowhere to sit. The appetizers were enjoyable, but my main dish was lacking in flavor. After waiting for over 40 minutes for the dessert menu, we decided to leave. Even the jug of water took 30 minutes to arrive. We ended up paying the bill at the entrance where there was a line of people waiting for their reserved tables. The management needs to improve staff training and ensure they have enough employees."

The Pheasant is a lovely pub situated in a fantastic area with stunning sunset views from the garden. The baked fillet of hake with oysters was absolutely delicious.

The Pheasant is excellent. However, OpenTable online booking service is very bad. When I arrived with my guests at The Pheasant, there were no records of my reservation without receiving a confirmation number. My booking should not have been confirmed as The Pheasant has never received it.

This restaurant is situated in a lovely environment. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The food is outstanding, though sometimes the service can be a little slow because of how busy it gets. However, I have been here numerous times and always leave satisfied with the overall dining experience.
