"I went there on a Sunday afternoon for a roast dinner. Initially, the restaurant was quiet, but it quickly filled up with guests. The service started off fast, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing and only lukewarm. We discovered that three of the drinks we ordered were out of stock, and the salt and pepper shakers on our table were both empty. They no longer use OpenTable, which left the waitress a bit confused. She also seemed quite embarrassed. When we sat down and my guest arrived, brunch had ended without any warning. We had already ordered drinks, which made it frustrating to find out we couldn’t have brunch. The place is beautiful, but the poor service and lack of communication will prevent us from returning for a meal or making a reservation.
