Whilst the staff were great an initial offering of.... we're very busy we can't heat your food but . can give you a drink tainted the night slightly . Whilst I'm sure this probably isn't a common problem I can't In good faith recommend and wouldn't be tempted to try againin response to the owner. a tip was left as its good practice around Christmas regardless of how you fell the meal was. I wont argue with you over The comment as it was made and a drink was offered as an alternative.i dont deny the meal was remade and we asked if there was any way the food could be heated if you cant make a new one., this isnt a dig at your staff as by the end we had 2 meals . But was it a hot drink that came out hot first time? No. Was it a main course that came out cold first time chicken) yes.We paid for our food but i wont be changing the review."

I stopped by for a quick bite and had a perfectly cooked steak meal. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!

There were plenty of staff on hand, and they offered gluten-free options. The meals were just alright. However, our table was quite sticky even after we requested it to be cleaned, which I suspect might be due to the cleaning spray they used. Additionally, the staff seemed eager for us to finish up and leave.

I ordered a family meal tonight, but part of the order was forgotten, and it took an hour and a half to have the missing food delivered. This is the second time this has happened. The girl on the phone didn’t offer any apologies. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the family meal was ruined—what a waste of £55.

We had dinner with my parents tonight and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we received a warm and friendly welcome and were seated right away. The service was outstanding, especially from Rohan! He kept us laughing and was an all-around fantastic server. The food was excellent—perfect portion sizes and truly delicious. My partner and I have recently moved to Chepstow, and we will definitely be returning!

There seemed to be a pleasant young waitress, but she never inquired about how our meal was, giving the impression that it was just a Saturday job for her, with little concern for customer satisfaction. The Yorkshire pudding was swimming in watery gravy, which one of my family members hadn’t even requested. The drinks arrived five minutes after the food, contributing to the overall poor service. To top it off, the table was sticky and grimy. It’s such a shame, but we won’t be coming back.
