kevin and jacki make a wonderful team that guarantees the perfect culinary experience. kevin is an inconceivable chef and artist in the kitchen. now diabetic they went out of that to fulfill my requirements. thanks for a nice evening.

The Taster Menu is wonderful. A wide variety of very skilfully prepared dishes with marvellous flavours and textures. Accomodation is very comfortable with modern facilities, good WiFi and TV in the rooms. Welcoming and friendly service throughout.

only crazy! when they get the opportunity to go, they do! one of the best meal times I've ever had (we chose the tasting menu). service was perfect so friendly, not to mention super knowledgeable and passionate about eating. will definitely be back. thanks for the great experience!

Just fabulous! The tasting menu was superb, with each course perfectly flavoured and balanced, and leading onto the next. Each dish introduced and served by Kevin. Jacki is so welcoming that you feel like a special guest. They certainly merit their Michelin Star. (We did not stay as we have family nearby.

As Michelin Star restaurants go, not at the top of my list but the food was good and you can see why they’ve retained the star for so long. A great attention to detail but probably light on imagination compared to places similarly priced. For a Michelin star restaurant, I’d say the wine list is quite weak.

eating here was exemplary! definitely one of the best restaurants we have tried so far in norfolk! wein recommendations were great, and jacki was excellent in service. our glasses were filled up at the perfect time and the plates were not left or removed too quickly. many years ago I worked in a fine restaurant and that is a definitiv a capability that I rarely noticed elsewhere. we felt thoroughly looked around. a full 5 out of five for the restaurant and amazing eat! many thanks, kevin and jacki we come back!

We stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast the following morning. We arrived mid afternoon and Kevin checked us in and took us to our room. Our was spacious and bright, very comfortable. We both had the taster menu, Kevin asked if the selection was OK, so we presumed that if there was a course you really didn't like he could amend. Jacki was able to advise from a more than ample wine list. Atmosphere was very relaxed the food was excellent. The Neptune is small, very comforable with great hosts, north Norfolk is rich in wildlife and walkable coastline, Old HunstantonBeach is 10-15 minutes walk. Breakfast was also excellent. the best art of michelin star restaurant! we went to a birthday weekend with friends and stayed the night. from the arrival his gratitude, the rooms were wonderful, simple, but with all the best finish touches and pleasant. dinner was the best, kevin and jackie were so welcoming and friendly, the service was excellent that they chatty and all details were amazing! we chose the tasting menu, it was nice, they managed my allergy on shells and I didn't feel in the least I was missing. what we loved at this place was of course eating, but they expect it to be good, we loved the atmosphere, it was warm, welcoming, dissatisfied and especially relaxing! We decided last minute we would like to try this restaurant and we were fortunate that due to last minute cancellations they were able to accommodate us. The dining area is intimate, we were four couples in total but didn't feel too close to the other guests. We were greeted by the chef Kevin, who made us very welcome, his wife Jacki front of house soon made an entrance and was equally friendly.
