Better for business groups and budgets where their is dedicated staff to look after your group

Waitor argued with me about my booking for the lunch offer quite a bad start to the lunch but manager sorted it out well

Very pleasant food and drink. Staff are very helpful. The ambience is challenged with so much of the dining area given over to private drink areas which makes for noise Voir le carte

Kitty Hawk is lovely; slight complaint that tables near the door can be a bit draughty when people come and go, but this may be a bit harsh. Staff are attentive but not intrusive. I shall continue to use it regularly

I like a short menu but disappointing when three main courses were not available at midweek. The flatiron steak was fine for the price. Very noisy; small tables crammed against each other. It’s not Relais de Venice which can get away with it

Customer service was great. waiter would do a fantastic job somewhere else.Food however was a let down.Starter was focaccia. literally a chunk of toasted dry bread with no oil, dressing or dip.Main was standard. bun on my burger was hard and chips went cold quickly.Prosecco was over priced.Venue was dark and felt suitable for the older customer Voir le carte

I had booked a table for lunch at by no one has taken our orders We were just left , evenwhen we tried to get the staff's attention they simply carried on with what they were doingor in one instance carried on talking to each other.We left at as not even our drinks orders had been taken. The lady on the door simply said that they are really busy

Arrived for dinner with my wife to be offered a choice of two tables. right behind the check in desk both with reserved signs, but also beers and coats and bags on the tables. to be told there was an event for people happening. I would really appreciate being contacted by the manager I still feel scandalised. Can’t recommend highly enough Brasserie Blanc where we had a superb meal

I completely messsed up the booking I got the time wrong, and accidentally booked for people when in fact, showed up. Even though they were completely booked, and I only gave them mins notice, they were incredibly helpful, finding exta space to squeeze us into and letting me off my general inefficiency. The Maitre'd David? was very hepful and charming, and the service was delightful. Everyone was very happy with their food, and the cost was very reasonable. We all left saying that we would happily go there again Voir le carte
