"Came in with a group of friends monday for the quiz. Arrived early for some food. Food was absolutely lovely cannot fault it at all with the service to match. Staff were friendly, approachable and attentive throughout our evening. The quiz was good fun all though we didn’t win. Was a great atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyable evening, we will most definitely be back. Thanks for a great evening!"

Nice but an average pub. Food was nice although there the blue cheese I don’t think had seen and blue cheese as I struggled to find any

Wonderful warm welcome from Holly, Connor and Sam. Given a list of guest ciders that are available due to a ‘festival’ over this bank holiday weekend (give this girl a pay rise)

Staff were all exceptional, Holly got my steak changed and followed up with excellent customer service, fresh water, dessert etc James and Connor were smiles and helpful personified

Regular Monday night quiz with Sam in charge. Good friendly banter, running jokes “can you spell that?” Everyone else trying to out score the blind assisted team “the moles”. Welcoming new teams and all raising funds for McMillan x

I had a wonderful time at your pub. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly. I believe we were served by a young man named Davie who was excellent and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be coming back soon.

We stumbled upon this restaurant last Sunday and we all had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We all ordered the roast dinner and it was fantastic. My vegetarian partner even said it was the best roast dinner he's ever had in a restaurant. We loved the atmosphere and we will definitely be returning.

The garden was beautiful, but I had to wait a long time at the bar. When a man finally appeared, he was not very friendly. He was rude when I ordered my food and seemed to be aggressive. He refused to give me his name, but he was a tall man with a long beard. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be going back to this restaurant.
