"I highly recommend the meat rib. I didn’t read the menu carefully and overreacted when I saw the word "rib," so I ordered it with shiny fries instead of mashed potatoes and vegetables. However, that turned out to be a great choice rather than a mistake! It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. It might be the best and most expertly prepared piece of meat I have ever had. Plus, the bone kept my super-energetic terrier quiet for the rest of our meal!"

What an amazing pub! The Sunday roast was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly—truly nothing more could be asked for. We will definitely be coming back. A big plus is that we can bring our pup along!

A hidden treasure in the neighborhood! Each time I visit my family in Claygate, it feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Had a really nice meal here today, (Lamb Sunday roast followed by spotted dick with ice cream) service was excellent, food great and the manager (I assume) went out of his way to help and accommodate us. Would highly recommend booking as it was very busy but worth while! Voir le carte

This is a fantastic, friendly pub that brings a French flair to what truly matters: delicious food and excellent wine! The atmosphere is relaxed, with a young and welcoming staff. It's the kind of place you visit for a quick pint but end up staying all evening, catching up with friends and enjoying yourself. Highly recommended in Claygate, Surrey!

I've been to this restaurant several times, and each visit has been a delightful experience. I enjoyed scallops for my starter, followed by Moroccan lamb cutlets. My family tried the soup, snails, and pâté, as well as turkey and steak, all of which were delicious. The service was excellent as well. If you prefer a livelier atmosphere, you can eat in the bar area, but it's much quieter in the restaurant.
